Todo muy bien

Me fue de maravilla, todo el servicio estuvo excelente el personal muy atento y amable en especial el Señor José del área de Botones, y el Ambiente con buena vibra del hotel y muy buenas energías !

No tomaron en cuenta mi reserva y me cobraron varias veces el hotel quisiera solicitar un reembolso por favor. Este es el cargo que me hicieron ahí, y a parte pagué en la app. El nombre del hotel dice fontan pero es por la terminal pero fue el xaman creo son el mismo

冷蔵庫がありませんでした。 浴槽が汚かったですけど、まあしょうがないのかな… 周辺は賑やかです（笑） メキシコシティなので、ある程度の危険は覚悟で予習していきましょう。 シティのホテルとしてはまあいい方じゃないでしょうか？ これ以上望むなら5つ星を選ぶしかないでしょうね

Me gustó mucho su estilo bohemio y ecofriendly, muy buen staff, la locación es perfecta, lo único malo es que olía a drenaje el baño.

Due to my wife being not checked in correctly due to the name of recently marriage and her credentials did not match the name they did not let her get checked in. This is totally unacceptable.

Muy buena opción para visitar México, por su ubicación y mi experiencia de relación calidad precio. Sugiero tener mucho cuidado con su reservación, en mi caso se me presentó un inconveniente por error involuntario de mi parte y el hotel no tuvo ninguna consideracion y me tocó pagar dos veces. El registro de entrada es bastante demorado

Excellent hotel! Very well recommended! Clean and staff is friendly and helpful! Design is also very bohemian! Also very close to Bellas artes!

The hotel is on the roadside and quite noisy. The service staff is very friendly and enthusiastic

I don’t did Check out this Morning I don’t recommend this hotel to No One The Air conditioners don’t work all it does is blow HOT Air we asked to move rooms or change air conditioner and they told me No that the hotel was full my TV was not turning on as well and called multiple time to the office and they told me that they would send someone up no one came to help with the tv I ended up falling asleep with a Hot Room and a TV that didn’t work.

Boa localização porém cheiro insuportável na rua que vinha para os quartos e também todas as noites barulho alto de som da rua, ar condicionado antigo e barulhento

There were no one at reception till Monday, we didn’t have a tea, we had the empty tube of tea till next day when they filled it up after I ask to reception, and they didn’t broom our bedroom, never, we found trash and a pill in our bedroom at arrival, besides that, the hotel is really aesthetic

Nice little spot. Little more effort pointed towards friendly customer service is all that’s missing :)

Tuve que dar 3 vueltas para que el valet pudiera recibir el auto. Al final me dijo que no tenía lugar. No existe un área para bajar tus maletas. Ni si quiera me pude registrar.

The area around the hotel is incredibly stinky. As soon as you get within a block radius, it starts to smell like sewage. Inside the hotel the smell wasn't as noticeable at first, but after a couple days I started to smell it in the room as well.

La verdad excelente nos quedamos en el piso 8 Hotel Urban Fontan nos djjieron que viene siendo boutique el piso por lo que la vista excelente, la habitacion cuenta con lo basico hasta plancha y caja fuerte y hasta para hacerse tés Lo unico malo es alrededor del hotel el bar es algo sucio y molesto (el del alado) La terraza genial y servicio de limpieza Sr Rufina excelente, muchas gracias !! Lo unico sad era que no funcionaba el control de la tv y se lo comentamos a recepcion pero paso desaperciba la notificacion de ahi en mas excelente, lo recomiendo
