Der Spa ist wirklich schön! Leider ist das Personal unmotiviert, dauernd waren Shampoo, Duschgel und der Aufgusseimer leer! Außerdem wurde das Dampfbad nicht richtig bedient, schlichtweg zu kalt!

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained – no complaints there. The grounds are lovely and visually impressive. However, relaxation is hard to find at the pool, as the music is played far too loudly from morning to evening. Instead of a calm atmosphere, it often feels more like a beach club than a hotel pool. On top of that, the additional charges are excessive and frankly disappointing, especially given the already high room rates. Things that are usually included in other hotels are charged separately here. For example, an omelette at breakfast comes with an extra €17 fee – something that should really be standard. The hotel only provides one small plastic water bottle per day in the room, which also feels stingy. The private beach, which is heavily promoted and accessible by the hotel shuttle, requires an additional €100 per day for a sunbed. That feels unreasonable and leaves a sour taste, considering how much guests are already paying. Food is okay, but nothing close to fine dining, which is what one would expect at these prices. On top of that, two out of three meals I had included a hair in the dish – unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one positioning itself as premium. Overall: a beautiful property, but the loud pool area, constant upcharges, and lack of value for money make the experience feel cheap in all the wrong ways.

The property as a whole is very peaceful, serene, luxurious in design, and accommodating. The sea view suites with pools, however were not facing a landscape that matched the beauty of the property. A better landscaping should be installed to continue the beautiful and luxurious feelings.

The experience was singularly splendid! The staff was incredible to say the least. Everyone in reception was highly knowledgable about the island and where to go. The kitchen/bar staff were highly attentive and the food was impeccably delicious. The entire resort immaculately clean while evoking a warm sense of personality. Without exaggeration, upon leaving I had felt spiritually renewed.

My wife and I had an Amazing time in Greece and we loved the location and this hotel. Our room was amazing and clean. This hotel is very recommended as it is 20 min drive max to anything, and the staff is great

The best staff and food in Santorini!

Nice hotel, with super friendly and helpful staff from busboy to GM. Well priced drinks but the food is expensive and mediocre at best. Overall, the hotel, at the price we paid in July is a good value.
