this property is amazing, the only thing is it's right next to a highway, so the noise is not so cool, but from the inside you can't hear any traffic noise.

It was ok for a one night

I’ve stayed at this property several times including before it changed management. We have always enjoyed everything about it. My only strong suggestion is that there is better signage out by the highway. You do not see the hotel or the sign until you get very close to the turn and it is a very busy highway. Making a right hand turn is dangerous especially if you have not been there before.

Common areas are terrific!

Property is decorated beautifully. The outdoor space is excellent. Overall a great find. Ill stay again if i go to Tanglewood

So - the rooms are beautifully designed and well furnished, and I liked being able to drive right up to the door to park (since it’s a motel). But the service at the “front desk” was questionable. I regularly stay in boutique hotels as well as chains, but have never dealt with someone that seemed to care so little about what he was doing. In my booking with Expedia, I was told I’d have a VIP perk at check in and to ask about it. When I asked at the end of the check in process, I was told “no - there’s no VIP perks. But you may as well try..” I’m NOT a bargain hunter and would not normally ask for something above and beyond, but I was simply doing what was instructed by Expedia and made to feel that I was trying to scam the system somehow. I also overheard an interaction with another guest that I’ll always remember as just bad hospitality. She ordered breakfast and said she’d like to have it outside. Now, there’s no one else in the place except for me so nothing else going on, and the tiny common area/resto/bar/lobby is less than 10 steps away from the outdoor seating. She was told “we don’t normally do that”. She was taken aback and said that she’d just take it outside herself - she wasn’t asking for full service. Moral of the story: in hospitality, NO shouldn’t be the default answer. You can do better. And it’s awkward as hell.

The establishment was clean. The bed was as hard as a rock. And it was wat too expensive for a motel

The club room was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evening. Bed was very comfortable!

Great place stay after an evening at Tanglewood!

Its a brand new hotel with spacious rooms, a great shower with excellent water pressure, quiet and a well tended property. The bed was very comfortable

A lovely updated motel with an excellent dinner menu in an attractive setting away from the busy nearby towns. Also a 10 minute drive to Tanglewood.

This was a very comfortable inn to stay midweek. Room was spacious enough and vents were clean.

Extraordinary design. What was a 1960s-era motor lodge has been transformed on the inside into a European-style small hotel, amenities included. Classic American on the outside, European on the inside. Comfortable, tasteful, fun: a perfect offering for a very creative region.

Lovely modernized and on-trend facility . Seems like it was once an MCM motel and still has the same overall buildout where the rooms are located with a large reception/bar/lounge area.

Nice upscale motel near Lenox. Rooms are well designed and furnished. But silly large “cages” around AC units block access to one of the beds from one side. The restaurant is not open on Monday. Nice full bar. Open fire-pit near the Lobby lounge. 5-8 minutes drive to many local dining options. Wi-fi signal was really weak and spotty.

Good Attentive Staff with Good Comfortable Room.

Overall I would recommend this property. It is certainly a nice place to stay.

I was revisiting the Berkshires after having been away for a couple of years. I found this hotel nestled in the heart of Lenox to be very well appointed, economical, and managed by a very efficient staff. The property was lovely. Breakfast was delicious, and I also enjoyed the beautiful shower area and the variety of snacks in the room.
