Superb room and staff very friendly and efficent

Good hotel, great breakfast and nicely decorated

This Hotel was referred to me and I am very content with the service from all members of Staff. Thank you. I thoroughly enjoyed the variety of breakfast options! I really liked the seating arrangements in the breakfast/dining space. Hip deco and a very nice ambience seeping out from the Staff at the Bar to the check in, the Rooms, Gym even to the elevator. Cool! The cleaning staff/housekeepers we courteous, receptive and efficient. One of the room's bedside lamp was not working and could not be repaired during my stay as there was no maintenance available. However, I still chose to stay in that room, as I was tired, jet-lagged and I liked the view from the 6th floor. The Hotel is near the city nightlife and for the first two nights I did have difficulty sleeping. Regardless, I will definitely refer Moxy Hotel, to friends and family who have intentions of visiting Bristol and wish to experience a hip, clean and friendly hotel.

Scaffolding outside the building but there was rarely noise. Lovely atmosphere!

Hotel is fine and I've stayed many times although it's starting to look a bit tatty in places. My bigger issue was the man (one of the hotel staff) that barged into my room while I was half dressed the morning after my night's stay without knocking first. As a lone woman I felt this was entirely inappropriate and the inability to knock or hear that the TV was on in the room prior to entering shows a complete lack of training. I complained about this to reception staff but they brushed it off, muttered a vague apology but didn't really deem it to be serious. Needless to say this is the last time I will be staying in the Moxy in Bristol.

The hotel was very good, staff were brilliant as normal. Only issue is the new practice of charging extra over and above agreed rate. My hotel was booked at £149 for the night, they took a provisional payment of £179 upon check in and £149 at check out. I know I haven’t actually been charged the £179 but it’s still pending on my credit card giving me false debt of £328.

Chambre confortable, hôtel bien placé avec un service de qualité. La réduction au parking Cabot est bienvenue. Petit dej de qualité. Cependant l'hôtel est en travaux à l'extérieur avec des ouvriers qui travaillent le week end, aucun message de l'hôtel pour prévenir de ce dérangement. Résultat des ouvriers à la fenêtre des le matin, et des bruits de travaux qui empêchent de se reposer. Au vu des prix exorbitants pratiqués sur le week end du 20 septembre ( multiplie par 3 !) il aurait été bienvenu de prévenir la clientèle de ce désagrément.

Nice hotel in a good location for accessing most sites of interest around Bristol. However, was disappointing to arrive and be told that scaffolders would be working to dismantle scaffolding around the hotel on the weekend between 09:00-17:00, having not been informed about this prior to arrival. Even more disappointing was when they actually started the very noisy work closer to 08:00 than 09:00. Pretty poor experience that tainted the weekend’s stay.

It's actually a great hotel and would stay again, just this time it was a shame to only be told on arrival (after booking months in advance) that on the Saturday morning of our stay there would be scaffolders removing scaffolding from virtually outside our window, using power tools from 9am onwards, with the advice being to keep curtains closed. A token reduction in the room rate would have been a good thing for them to do. We also struggled to gain access to the property just after midnight with several residents outside the door with none of our key cards opening it and no response to any bell presses (one slightly more 'refreshed' resident took it on himself to pull the doors apart in the end)

Another fabulous stay in Bristol at the Moxy. Staff are amazing..... all of them friendly, helpful and great fun. Breakfast great too.

A nice, modern and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The room could have done with a bit more storage space for clothes other then just hanging option. Also no real space to work on, I had to move the kettle and drink accessories to use a really small surface that just fitted a laptop..

We had a good night's sleep in the comfortable bed. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and the staff were helpful when we were looking for things like teabags and salt and pepper. We ate in the bar on our last night and the asparagus risotto was really tasty. The bathroom is pretty small and not quite enough room between the toilet and the shower to towel dry after showering. There was plenty of handwash and shower gel in the dispensers. There's not much room to hang up clothes. We were there for 2 nights, which is probably the ideal length for a stay, unless you pack really light or don't mind keeping clothes in your luggage. It was a slight drawback having workmen outside the room on the scaffolding, as it impacted on our privacy. We were informed at check-in that building work was happening, but there was no information about it when we made the booking.

All good. Very friendly staff. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in front of a huge shopping mall and very convenient. They gave us welcome drink and the front desk was more like a bar which may be fun for some people to enjoy night activities in the hotel. The room was very clean and spacious, and the breakfast was fine.
