This was the 4th time I stayed here, and the last time (on 3rd time) i had issues with the shower, but I thought it would be better next time, but I believe it is time for me to see other options. This time I not only I had a bad experience with the shower, but the pillows were horrible as well. I asked to change them, but they never did. I can see the employees were tired or they just don't like their jobs. Very unfriendly people. The Hotel is located in a very nice place but I will not be staying here again.

Muy buen servicio del chico de la recepcion. Me gustaría que el estacionamiento al que llevan los coches estuviera cerca par yo estacionarlo y llevarme mis llaves

Very clean, and great place to stay

El cuenta con una excelente ubicación, sin embargo las habitaciones están descuidadas, de las peores toallas que me han tocado, realmente viejas y en mal estado.

The place its really nice and comfortable, walking distance to whatever you want to go, the restaurants are exactly outsude the hotel, I preferred the restaurant called Sagrata, the food was amazing and the service was excellent.

Al parecer, no hay ventanas en este hotel. Se que hay travaluces, pero es insuficinete luz. Uno se siente en una cueva hospedandose en este hotel.

En general muy buen servicio,,muy recomendable

Salimos porque teníamos un evento y al regresar, estaba cerrado el hotel, nadie abría y tardamos un buen rato en que nos contestaran el teléfono en recepción para que nos hicieran un interrogatorio vía telefónica y pudieran ir a abrirnos para entrar a nuestras habitaciones. En la zona hay mucho homeless y no es agradable esperar afuera.

While the hotel was nice and clean, the water pressure was weak and unreliable. Not to mention the weak wifi that was only strong in the main floor, but becoming weak once you get to your room.

Al ser 15 de septiembre, la verdad que muy ruidoso, por lo demás todo muy bien!!

fue dificil encontrarlo en la plaza principal de Cholula, ya estaba cerrado cuando fui eran las 11 pm, pero el personal amable, el cuarto difería del que aparece en la foto...para descansar unas hrs estuvo bien

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, el trato siempre muy amable tanto en el hotel como en el restaurante. Las habitaciones son amplias, y limpias, recomiendo mucho el lugar.

It was a nice clean place to stay. The hotel is very pretty yet they keep the hotel lights off in common areas not showing off the beautiful murals...it's like a sleepy hotel in a very vibrant town. They only gave us 2 very worn towels. The 2nd night gave us 4. The area was walkable distance to lots of local life. So much to explore....my favorite was the market. Great food, delicious - in there at VERY good prices.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, la entrada al hotel es por un restaurante, la limpieza y el personal está súper bien, solo que se escucha todoooo de una habitación a otra, literal no pude dormir porque había unas personas platicando en otro cuarto.
