Great location!

Great place to stay visiting Blue Ridge.

Power outage the afternoon we were going to eat at the hotel’s restaurant…were told they were not serving. Bed so so… nothing special. We asked for an ironing board our first morning. The one that was in the room was broken!!! We asked 3 different times… never got one!!! The baseboards were packed with dust… the floor always felt like sand was on it. I don’t think this room had been throughly cleaned in a long time. Hampton Blue Ridge charged us to park in the hotel’s parking lot!!!! No idea about that charge until we checked out and there’s NO WHERE TO PARK EXCEPT IN THEIR LOT!!!!!! So tacky…. Not about the money…. Hidden charges!!!! Find another place to stay!!! We have stayed in cabins there and will again!

Better soundproofing of the rooms. Our room faced a train station, we could hear the locomotive idling and the bars acreoss the street too. Hot water for the showers was very poor

Staff was friendly and professional. Check in was easy, Loved the rooftop bar.

Great hotel on the pricier side but I have stayed before and will definitely stay again. Me and my partner love Blue Ridge and come up frequently The Hampton inn is typically always apart of our stay usually just a night due to price but still worth it :)!

Another great getaway

Very nice hotel in a beautiful location. Very convenient to downtown shops and restaurants. Nice breakfast.

Pros - walkable to excellent restaurants and shopping, wonderful rooftop bar and restaurant, good breakfast, easy parking, spacious, clean rooms. Cons - none!

Nice place to stay. Most people were very friendly, but one of the desk receptionist was not very helpful . Nice enough just didn’t offer Solutions to a couple of situations basically just said he didn’t know anything. But it was clean and comfortable

This hotel is located in downtown Blue Ridge near the Scenic Railway. A walkable location to all downtown has to offer. The rooftop bar and restaurant is a wonderful bonus.

The rooftop bar was noisy and overcrowded. Everyone coming off the street into the elevators to get to the bar. This town shuts down when the train stops moving and the bar is the only thing open.

Love the roof top bar!

Great location, hotel and room! We can’t wait to go back and explore more of the town and area!!
