Room was lovely and clean, lady at reception was lovely but found the room to be quite cold

Muy bien! ubicación increible, diseño muy guay, todo muy limpio, tranquilo, perfevto. Todas las habitaciones molan bastante, cogimos la Idoia por la rima, porque nos gusaban todas las haitaciones asi que habia que coger algun criterio. Lo unico que se me ocurre que podria mejorar seria extractores en los baños. Pero vamos si vuelvo a Bilbao me quedo aqui

La chambre était tres propre, tres calme. Par contre, il etait dit que pour une arrivée entre 8h et 20h, le chek in serait fait avec 1 personne mais je n'ai pas été accompagnée dans la chambre et de ce fait, n'ai pas réussi à faire fonction la cafetière (en photographiant le QR Code, j'ai été "renvoyée vers 1 application You Tube dans laquelle il n'y avait aucun tuto) et je n'ai pas su non plus mettre en route le porte serviette chauffant. C'est dommage. Enfin, il était précisé qu'il y avait la possibilité de laisser les bagages à la réception en consigne mais quand je suis partie à 8h30, il n'y avait personne à la réception.

I found the hotel centrally located in the old city centre with cathedral & Plaza Nueva nearby. It’s a 20min walk to the airport bus stop and the Guggenheim museum. Countless cafés, bars and restaurants are around. The room was very clean and had tv, aircon, hairdryer, capsule coffee maker and electric heater. I liked the decoration and the balcony. When I checked in I encountered a multilingual receptionist who was very friendly and gave useful tips. As a tip: rooms towards the alley let you hear street cleaning and party people at night - earplugs are recommended.

Posizione super comoda, nel centro del Casco Vejo. Accesso alla struttura e alla stanza tramite codice, molto comodo. Stanza pulita e confortevole

Bra rum, men iskallt när jag kom dit. Fanns element som fick upp värmen. Otroligt otrevligt bemötande i receptionen. Ointresserade, snobbiga och sa gjorde precis det som var nödvändigt.

I got a medical condition on my eye so i should keep it closed as much as possible until my flight and asked for a late check out. This was met with absolutely no not possible because the room had to be cleaned at 11 am. At 12:30 pm the cleaning ladies still cleaned other rooms, so my late check out was not affecting anything. Also the room was extremely hot and I cannot recommend this hotel because of the service level and noise and lack of airconditioning.

Hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo. Very spacious comfortable room. Kind staff.

This pension was a perfect stop in every way. The location was ideal. Communication with the pensionwad excellent. Lots of good eateries close by. The old town had lots of character. Museums very walkable. Gracias Patty.

Perfect for our 1 night stay in Bilbao. Friendly reception, our room was called Montse, large king size bed, clean and comfortable. Based in the centre of the Old Town, within walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. Definitely recommend and would have stayed longer if time permitted.
