Unfortunately, the elevator was out of service and we were unwilling to spend a long weekend up and down four flights of stairs. We ended up staying at a property in Shipyard. It was a bit of a hassle and but we ended up salvaging the weekend.

Unit was nice, but the internet was down more that up. The elevator was also down more that up. A real pain in the backside when you are in a 4th floor unit. These 2 issues outweigh the otherwise nice little villa. I will not rent here again. I will likely not ever rent in Sea Pines again. They do not want renters to bring their kayaks and have precious few places to put in.
