Zimmer hatte keinen Strom

Perfect hotel Location for visiting the city. Reception staff were superb and couldn’t do enough to make you feel welcome, despite being fully booked. Room was quiet, well Maintained and clean. Good choice of breakfast, continental and hot offerings. Bonus having onsite parking. If, and when we visit Hannover again we wouldn’t hesitate in booking this hotel.

The rooms are very new and clean. The AC is not that good and did not work as it should. The evening check staff lady and the morning breakfast ones could not be more Miserable. The house keeping knocks on the door before check out and even when the sign was on. Overall nice clean hotel, location is so so. The staff are not polite. The male in the morning was very pleasant and helpful.

The hot breakfast offerings could be improved, but the items offered were nice.

Hotel was clean and breakfast had a decent variety. I also was able to use the fitness center and it had what I needed. There is paid parking onsite, though it doesn’t seem very secure (but this was also my impression of the neighborhood overall). I believe a car backed into mine in this lot, but only the license plate was damaged, so it wasn’t a huge deal.

Tolles, modernes Hotel in einer super Lage. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet und besonders das Bett und die Kissen sind hervorzuheben. Ich habe so gut darin geschlafen. Super freundliches Personal. Der Fitness Bereich ist etwas kleiner als erwartet, dafür super sauber, ich hätte mir noch eine Yoga Matte gewünscht.

Leider wurde für meine Geschäftsreise keine Rechnung ausgehändigt. Daher kommt das NH Hannover für mich zukünftig nicht mehr in Frage.
