Hotel condition and cleanliness is really bad! Would not recommend

Good hotel to stay in Chandigarh. It’s good for families also.

We stayed in early Jan. The room was cold with no option of heating, one of the windows didn't close properly so left a gap for the cold air. Was only given 1 bath towel but 2 hand towels(we are 2 people) until I asked for another towel. Breakfast is room service. The location wasn't close to restaurants or attractions.

In summary: * non smoking but has ashtray in room * window didn't close fully and balcony door couldn't open * smallest bathroom I have ever experienced * bed bugs * no water provided, had to buy it * had varying checkout times displayed and even though quiet time for business, request for later checkout was met with hand pointed at checkout time (the wrong one) and "No". * bar fridge means fridge with contents, not just empty little fridge * No in room safe for valuables AVOID AVOID AVOID

It was nice. Room was beautiful and clean.
