Staff friendly and hotel very clean

Everything excellent clean and comfortable. The only exception was a non working above sink lamp, a shower head holder that did not hold the shower head in place.

Mollie's is wonderful! Great staff, comfy rooms, everything you need and given it's so close to the motorway, SILENT rooms. Highly recommended.

Great room clean and had everything i need

I was put into a connecting room which I certainly didn't want or asked for. I returned immediately to reception and thankfully they moved me. Room I was given was clean as expected, I put the heating up and took a shower only to find water from the shower had leaked through the door yet it was closed and made a large puddle on the floor. I cleaned it up with the bath mat. By now the room should have warmed up but the air con had done nothing. I went to reception and asked if they could reset it and make sure it was on heat. I gave it an hour and it was still the same so back to reception and complained again this time the lady sorted it although it took an hour to warm the room and the fan hardly blew yet it was on max? What's the point in having a adjustable display if it wont do what you want. Also the bed side lamp had been un screwed from it holder to stop it working I screwed it back and it worked but after 5 mins it flickered really badly. so I unscrewed it again and could see why some one prior to me had done this.

Great motel. Reception staff were really lovely and the reception area was well stocked and tidy. Room was nice and clean, toiletries were excellent. My only criticism of the room was that, oddly, the bedding was very loud and it kept us awake, akin to sleeping in a paper bag. We had breakfast at the diner and the food quality was excellent, service was not as good as the food. Our order was wrong and the staff were a little abrupt and rude, despite us being very understanding and polite. Overall I would gladly stay there again.

Had a couple of electrical issues that couldn't be fixed, requiring a change of room. The staf were really helpful with everything and the new room was perfect. Couldn't have asked for more really. Always a great stay at Mollies.

Spotlessly clean room, fantastic staff and handy EV charging. Would definately return.

Staff were great and couldn't fault the service or amenities. Everything available on site. One thing that could be improved upon is the sustainable aspect of cleaning towels every day when really no need for all guests

I stay regularly at Mollies. The rooms are great, clean, comfortable and with Dyson hairdryers and GHD’s are really convenient. This time around there was an issue with hot water on the Sunday leading to a cold shower! Not the most pleasant but was def awake! It would be great that as your staying at the motel a discount is considered to apply for breakfasts or dinners. Would be a nice touch!

Room was lovely , the bed and pillows were so comfy. However the shower was cold this morning. I think there may of been an issue with water as the evening before it was lovely and a relative also stayed in a room a few doors down the corridor and he also had no hot water .
