Staff was very nice and helpful

The hotel itself is beautiful and well maintained, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. My wife’s necklaces disappeared from our room during the stay, and when we raised the issue it was never properly resolved. At checkout we were also overcharged, which left a very bad impression. On top of that, my wife developed bed bug bites during the stay, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Overall, while the property looks nice, the service and security fell far below expectations.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche hier im Lesante Cape Resort. Die Anlage selbst ist tramhaft schön. Die verschiedenen Restaurants bieten eine abwechslungsreiche Kulinarik - besonders hervorzuheben ist dabei das Fiore Fine Dining. Leider fanden wir, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmig war.

Best hotel in Greece that I’ve stayed at. Does not disappoint.

Das Hotel ist wunderschön, die Lage, die Einrichtung, die Pflanzen - wirklich ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich und kommt allen Wünschen nach. Wir hatten eine Suite mit eigenem Pool, die Ausstattung ist sehr hübsch, die Größe auch mit 2 Kids groß genug. Gelegentlich haben unsere Kinder dem Kids Club einen Besuch abgestattet - die Betreuerinnen waren auch hier sehr herzlich. Das Frühstück ist sensationell- hier bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben das Restaurant am Pool besucht und den Room Service genutzt. Das Essen war ordentlich/ gut (allerdings hochpreisig und dafür eher Standard). Da wir einen Mietwagen hatten (empfehlenswert) haben wir meist außerhalb des Hotels gegessen. Es gibt keinen richtigen Strand, allerdings wurden zwei Stege ins Meer gebaut - dort gibt es Liegen und Zugang ins Wasser. Auch der Service am Strand war hervorragend. Einen Mietwagen würden wir empfehlen (es gibt sehr schöne Strände auf der Insel, die man so gut erreichen kann - Nobelos war unser Favorit). Ansonsten beurteilen wir die Lage als top - knapp 20min zum Flughafen, 10min bis Zakynthos. Danke nochmals an das ganze Team, wir kommen gerne wieder und empfehlen das Hotel aus Überzeugung.

From the welcoming to the all out staff friendliness throughout the stay (from reception, to porters (Panagiotis) and pool bar (afroditi) to the tranquility of the setting, the food, rooms , everything was perfect

Great hotel, staff and facilities

Wir haben 11 Übernachtungen gebucht und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen! Alles ist top und das Personal stets sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Preise für guten Wein waren für uns an der oberen Grenze. Wir kommen wieder!

A wondeful hotel that has all you could wish for. A stunning view, wonderful beach and nice beautiful poolareas. The hotel never seems crowded even though at almost full capacity.

Beautiful grounds which are very well maintained. Good restaurant options including the Bostana and the Greek night. Amazing sunsets from the main restaurant. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful resort and services

Room, views, food and overall hospitality exceeded my expectations, which were pretty high. The experience far exceeded the cost.
