We stayed 6 nights at Kali Centro and I was happy with our decision. The Hotel was very easy to find. It is located between the Salto de Agua and Balderas Metro 1 stops…and is a 6 minute walk to either of them. It is also about a 10 minute walk to Bellas Artes or China Town. The Hotel is clean with modern updates. The check in was easy and every employee we came in contact with was very nice and helpful. We were on the 4th floor and our room was very quiet. The mattress was on the firm side but was comfortable. I have to mention that the elevator broke 1 day but was quickly fixed. The Breakfast for me was a highlight and had plenty of options and was fresh and replenished throughout the morning so you don’t have to worry about being the first one when they open in the morning, haha. There is a small restaurant in the lobby with good food and beverage options for a quick meal or casual drink. They provide a bottle of water for each person per day which i appreciated. They also have a filtered water station in the lobby where you can fill your own water bottle. Our floor also had a filtered hot water dispenser. I’ve read reviews about the internet but we didn’t have any problems with our phones. There is a nice seating area on each floor that offers a stronger WiFi connection if needed. There’s also a large quiet seating area adjacent to the dining room. When we return to Mexico City again we’ll definitely stay at Kali Centro. It is budget friendly but without compromises. 👍

La atención excelente, la habitación y el hotel muy limpio. Me encantó que hay agua y café siempre gratis y disponible. Desayuno variado y rico, además la comida del restaurante muy buena y son rápidos, precios muy buenos. Cama cómoda, nada ruidosa la habitación y muy buen aislante de luz. Sí es céntrico, pero la zona es peligrosa. A pesar de estar muy cerca de bellas artes siempre tuve que moverme en taxi de aplicación.

La cercanía al centro es excelente y la limpieza que tiene el hotel muy buena

El menú a la carta muy completo, todo el personal con la mejor disposición de ayudarte y la atención estupenda, la habitación muy limpia y muy cómoda, el desayuno buffet para mí quedó a deber en cuestión de platillos, debería ser un poco más variado pero con buen sabor. Todo excelente el día qué regrese a cdmx sin duda me volvería a quedar ahí.

I had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff. The woman assisting us was extremely rude and unprofessional from the moment we arrived. What made the situation worse was an inappropriate comment she made implying that we didn’t have the money to pay. That kind of assumption is not only disrespectful, but completely unacceptable in any customer service setting. There was no reason for us to be treated that way, and it made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Front desk staff are the first impression of a business, and this interaction reflected very poorly on the establishment. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, because no customer should be made to feel judged or disrespected like that.

Nos gustó mucho el hotel, fuimos en viaje familiar, 2 adultos 2 niños. Reservamos por internet de último momento (debido al supuesto bloqueo de transportistas del 6 de abril) y cero inconvenientes para hacer check-in, los recepcionistas muy amables durante el check-in y nos dieron de forma clara las explicaciones del hotel. Nos hospedamos aquí por su ubicación (cercana a Bellas Artes) y también por el hecho de que tiene su propio estacionamiento techado, ojo, no es un estacionamiento rentado/convenio como en algunos otros hoteles, este estacionamiento está dentro de las instalaciones y puedes acceder a tu carro cuando lo desees. El hotel tiene un diseño moderno y agradable, se ve nuevo, es muy limpio tanto la habitación como el resto del hotel. La estación Balderas está cerca, llegas caminando, hay varios Supers y restaurantes cercanos. La habitación amplia, limpia, televisión reciente, olor agradable, diseño moderno, linda a la vista, el desayuno también estuvo bien, buen sabor, variado, restaurante limpio. Disfrutamos mucho la estancia en Kali, sin duda volveremos en alguna otra ocasión.

A localização é estratégica demais! Perto de duas estações de metrô, dá pra ir à pé pra Arena Mexico (pra assistir lucha libre - evento incrível), pertinho da maior feira de artesanato (gigantesca!), tem um hipermercado excelente a uns 300 metros (Chedraui), e também perto (à pé) da imperdível Av. Passeo de da Reforma, que reúne um monte de atrações da cidade. Na região também há infinitas opções de comidas de ruas popular s. Café da manhã também excelente e variado, água normal no andar, além de flavorizada e café expresso à vontade nas máquinas da recepção , quartos grandes e agradáveis, enfim: só alegria, voltarei de novo se tiver nova oportunidade.

Es un hotel muy céntrico, limpio, personal fenomenal con un buen desayuno. Siempre muy atentos a cada detalle. A mi familia y mi nos encantó.
