Loved it!

I’ve stayed at HAB in three separe occasions and I’ve had the best experience. The staff is welcoming, very accommodating, and I feel very safe in the area. There are many great restaurants around the area as well that are walking distance. Highly recommend!

Everything was amazing, we can’t wait to go back!!

My stay was comfortable. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy. The location is great. You are within walking distance to some good restaurants. I like the eco friendliness of the hotel. The thing I disliked was customer service. The front desk lady was rude when I lost my key card and told me that they will charge for it, which was fine. I just didn’t like the attitude and unprofessional attitude. The staff needs to smile more and be attentive to their guest. Also, the toilets clog easily, which wasn’t a deal breaker. It’s not a terrible hotel. I just think the staff needs to treat their guest with respect.

Beautiful boutique style. Friendly staff and good food. Only negative is size of rooms, lacking dressers, closet or area to place clothes. Great shower. No AC but did provide fan. Overall, highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is gorgeous and the staff was friendly. The bar made solid drinks and the food was delicious. The only minor suggestion would be to put fans in the rooms, which can get stuffy at night.

The bed was very comfortable.. Also the bar and café was very nice with excellent service. Very friendly staff.

Todo es muy bueno, excepto limpieza a cuartos, es terrible! No limpian, no cambian ni vasos, jamás ponen agua ni que les pidas, solo hacen la cama y si te va bien te dejan una toalla

The hotel is a large mansion. It's quaint, and has interesting decorative touches. The neighborhood is excellent.
