Room was very large and comfortable. Large bathroom with quality amenities. Pool was really nice as was the location. The staff were all excellent, especially Julian from the front desk. Do not hesitate to book.

The room was lovely, lots of space and very clean! The hotel was in a great location, train stops outside, lots of restaurants/cafes to choose from and nice walk to Rogers Stadium/CN Tower! We will definitely return!

For a hotel we paid close to Cad$500 a night, we really didn’t expect the toilet didn’t work the first day we checked in, and again the second day. Left a bad impression. Another surprise was we had to ask for shower cap and slippers which we thought were standard for a 4.5 Star hotel. We were told the hotel was transitioning to a green energy hotel, and we think they should spell out clearly in their hotel policies so we know. Staff were generally friendly and helpful, and Jerwin, at the front desk, was especially helpful.

Everyone was exceptionally kind. The hotel was fair new and maintained to perfection. Room was a nice size. Location was perfectly situated for walking short distances to local attractions. Ubers were plentiful and inexpensive. My only complaint was there was nothing complimentary. No coffee or tea in the lobby. No cookies at the front desk. There were up charges for anything that came from the kitchen. Would have been really nice to have breakfast automatically included. Thanks again. Michael G

Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich. Großes ruhiges Zimmer gehabt. Alles sauber. Ich würde dort wieder buchen, wenn ich nochmal nach Toronto komme.

This was the cleanest and nicest hotel I've stayed at in downtown Toronto. The staff were excellent. Would definitely stay here again next time I'm in the city.

Great hotel in a great location. If you are not used to the noise of a bustling city you may have trouble sleeping. The hotel itself was great, just a bit too noisy for me.

Very nice hotel, on the higher-end I'd say. Well located in city center, expect noise of course but it was fine. Staff was friendly.
