Emplacement idéal, bâtisse avec du charme. Dommage pour la chambre côté rue/terrasses et mur mitoyen à un restaurant couplé à une isolation à revoir (menuiseries en bois, porte de la chambre sans joints phoniques). Mention spéciale pour les bruits de chaises raclant le sol de 23h à 2h du matin.

We had a great stay at The Seranova. The location is perfect, the breakfast was superb and the rooms spotless. The staff were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble & their recommendations were very good. We would definitely book to stay again at this lovely hotel when we re visit Ciutadella.

The hotel breakfast was varied and beautifully presented and the hotel staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the rooms spotless.

This is our second stay. And I can see a third in the future. The staff make this hotel. Always helpful, always friendly. It’s a small boutique hotel. Rooms are well laid out cleaned daily with fresh towels. Nice toiletries. Beds very comfortable. Free initial Stick of mini bar. Ear plugs for all local church bells if needed. We don’t, we sleep very soundly here.

Excellent Hôtel

Très bel hotel, très confortable et idéalement situé en plein coeur du centre historique de Ciutadella, à proximité immédiate des restaurants et boutiques. Personnel très professionnel et serviable, petit déjeuner inoubliable sous forme de buffet et bar à disposition des clients de l'hotel (Honesty Bar) à des prix raisonnables (5€ le gin tonic), il suffit de noter ce que l'on prend puis de régler en fin de séjour. Serviettes de plage et de piscine mises à disposition avec possibilité de les changer régulièrement. Peu de chambres, pas d'enfant garantissant une ambiance relax et calme. je recommande cet hotel à 200% !

Hotel confortável e muito bem localizado próximo à catedral de Menorca. Excelente pra explorar a cidade a pé à noite e curtir as boas opções de bares e restaurantes. Boas opções de estacionamento grátis próximo ao hotel. Funcionários atenciosos mas o café da manhã deixou a desejar porque não oferece muita variedade e os sucos e frutas são sempre os mesmos

Hotel ottimo in tutto e per tutto

I cannot emphasise enough how incredible this hotel’s location is—it’s genuinely unmatched. Its right in the heart of old town, it sits directly on a picturesque cobblestone street, with the famous cathedral just to the right and old town streets to the left. It doesn’t get more central or atmospheric than this. The hotel itself is stunning. The interiors is luxurious, and every detail has clearly been thought through. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast: not only is there a delicious selection of Spanish items (fresh pastries and local sausages), but they also offer a made-to-order à la carte hot food menu. the breakfast alone was worth the stay. From the moment I booked, the service stood out. The hotel reached out to me via WhatsApp to coordinate my arrival and kept in constant contact, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special mention must go to Victor at reception—he was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was well-equipped, with a complimentary minibar that included a 2L bottle of water and several other drinks. The courtyard was a charming, peaceful retreat with a small pool that’s perfect for cooling off and relaxing. Every element—from the aesthetic to the amenities—was spot-on. What truly sealed the deal for me was the flexibility and thoughtfulness: the hotel let me keep my room until 8 p.m. for a ridiculously reasonable price, which made my departure day so much more comfortable.

Great position

Very nice old property in the centre that has been tastefully converted into a small hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated, with a lot of artwork on the walls. Plenty of dining options nearby, including one next door and another about 50 yards away

This property is centrally located next to the center Cathedral. Many walkable restaurants and shops. The building is quite old and the renovations, while best efforts, are not in line with a 5 star hotel rating. The service however is superb! There is no parking since it’s located on a pedestrian street. But parking is 6-8 min walk away. Overall I would recommend for location, but if more comfortable accommodations are needed, I would look elsewhere.

Seranova is undoubtedly a very nice hotel right in the heart of Ciutadella, literally 50 paces from the cathedral and incredibly handy for restaurants and shops. The reception closes for "comida" 14.00 to 17.00 but our entry during this closure was totally fine thanks to clear instructions sent beforehand. The hotel has few rooms (7/8?) and our room (3) was the only one which exited on to the terrace/pool. This sounds good, and is OK, but the voices of anybody in that area are generally audible in the room. The pool is very very small and more for cooling off than swimming. The room itself (#3) is good, with an enormous bed, free standing wardrobe, bathroom with double shower (almost impossible not to have a small puddle of water on the bathroomn floor after a shower!). There is a kettle and tea/coffee. A nice touch is a small fridge full of free soft drinks and the local pomada (gin/bitter lemon). A mirror in the bedroom would have been useful (there is of course one in the bathroom). There's a large screen TV too. Our price included breakfast in the basement dining room (although you are welcome to take it on to the terrace). This is an excellent buffet style offering with additioinal hot items like bacon, eggs, pancakes available to order from a friendly staff member who cooks it in a little mini kitchen in the corner of the room. Ciutadella is an absolute delight with lots of leisure boats in the harbour. Nearby buses take you to local beaches and the capital, Mao.

What a beautiful stay, this hotel is a gem. Maria, the owner, gave us all the useful Information about the island, beaches to go, restaurants, and even an excursion. The room was big, clean and with everything you need. The hotel can provide beach towels, cooling bag and umbrellas, this made out trips to the beach so comfortable. The breakfast is very nice, with hot options and cold options that change regularly, everything tasted so good. The location was also very good, next to the cathedral and you can walk everywhere in the ciutadella. I recomend this hotel to anyone that wants to have a comfortable stay in Minorca. We will come back to this hotel whenever we are back in Minorca

Terrasse avec petite piscine très agréable pour prendre son petit déjeuner Mention spéciale aux personnes de l’accueil, très gentilles et à l’écoute de vos demandes ainsi qu’à la personne du petit déjeuner, toujours le sourire, qui vous prépare des œufs brouillés ou omelette au top ! Un point d’amélioration : un peu plus d’espace de rangement dans la chambre.
