Was a lovely room . Clean and cosy . Lots of choices tea coffee water etc. Nice quirky pub with good music and cheerful friendly staff.

It was a very comfortable room with a great bed, shower and all the facilities I needed. The area is safe and residential and well-connected. I only stayed one night, for a local event, but the menu in the pub downstairs looked excellent.

Greeted by friendly and polite staff member and shown to my room. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were very nice. Noise from the pub below didn’t bother me in the evening and was all quiet by around 11pm. There must have been a pub restock or something around 5am though, as I was woken by noise below, but I am a fairly light sleeper. On the whole, a very pleasant place to stay, perfect for my needs.

Staff were welcoming & friendly. Rooms were perfect. Location suited us- £10 to £17 for uber to centre of Brighton. We ate here on first night- very nice! Thank you 😊

Lovely location and friendly staff.

Great location, quiet, clean, and comfortable bed. Facilities a bit basic, damp-smelling en suite, tiny basin, winter quilt in the summer. No usb sockets. Didn't have the chance to eat but menu looks enticing.

A nice basic room above a pub. The parking is a bit of a problem as there really isn’t anywhere nearby until after 8pm. But pretty good for the price. Nice staff.

Lovely property and staff , wouldn't advise staying here though after a night out. It’s a residential road and the noises of people banging car doors etc woke us up ridiculously early. Other than that lovely. Also on arrival there was kitchen stuff everywhere on the landing as I arrived not very good and definitely over priced was what we get I think.

Enjoyed my stay . Conveniently located to the beach and shops and food . Staff were friendly and the pub was terrific!
