Mycket trevlig personal som visade mig rummet. Stället ligger helt perfekt nära stationen och bussförbindelser, samt ett stort supermarket. Det enda är att där fanns ingen luftkonditionering och under de riktigt varma sommardagarna va det extremt varmt i rummet.

Very nice for a room above a pub. Everything worked and was clean and well maintained. Our room was serviced every day, which is a nice touch. The pub is in a good location in between two busy streets with lots of shops, takeaways, restaurants, etc. nearby. Central Brighton is an easy buy ride or a £10 taxi journey away. Parking might be an issue, though.

Lovely room, helpful staff. Despite being above a pub, I didn't find it noisy in the evening. There was however a keg delivery at 7am which was a little more disruptive. No breakfast, but cafes a short walk away.

This is a brilliant set of rooms above a pub, although they are so well sound proofed you do not hear any noise. The staff went out of their way to help us. 5/5.

Was a lovely room . Clean and cosy . Lots of choices tea coffee water etc. Nice quirky pub with good music and cheerful friendly staff.

It was a very comfortable room with a great bed, shower and all the facilities I needed. The area is safe and residential and well-connected. I only stayed one night, for a local event, but the menu in the pub downstairs looked excellent.

Greeted by friendly and polite staff member and shown to my room. Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom and shower were very nice. Noise from the pub below didn’t bother me in the evening and was all quiet by around 11pm. There must have been a pub restock or something around 5am though, as I was woken by noise below, but I am a fairly light sleeper. On the whole, a very pleasant place to stay, perfect for my needs.

Staff were welcoming & friendly. Rooms were perfect. Location suited us- £10 to £17 for uber to centre of Brighton. We ate here on first night- very nice! Thank you 😊

Great location, quiet, clean, and comfortable bed. Facilities a bit basic, damp-smelling en suite, tiny basin, winter quilt in the summer. No usb sockets. Didn't have the chance to eat but menu looks enticing.
