Séjour très agréable, rien à redire

Lovely apartment for a few day. Bit of a climb if you struggle with hills although you can take a cab. Staff are very friendly. Would have liked to have the room cleaned but not too much of a problem. Would stay again as can’t fault the apartment but did not really like the surrounding area.

We stayed here for 3 consecutive nights and it was a complete nightmare. First, the 10:00 AM check-out is absurdly early. When I politely asked for a late check-out, the rude receptionist lied to my face, claiming they were "fully booked," even though their app showed plenty of availability. The location is a joke. Marketed as an "ocean view," it's actually stuck high up on a steep hill（see picture3, it’s the view you can see when you go down that hill), far away from the beach. But the worst part is the appalling infrastructure and hygiene. We booked a suite with two bathrooms, but you cannot shower at the same time—if one shower is running, the water in the other instantly loses pressure and turns freezing cold. To top it all off, we found a massive, horrifying cockroach (half the size of a palm!) inside our room.

The resort is I would say the best for families who are in Tenerife to visit the parks and enjoy the peaceful time in the resort. The rooms were very clean and had all the necessities . The resort will also provide you with the shower room on the check out day. The reception staff was courteous . The location was great . The breakfast was limited and the same menu every single day . So that needs to be worked on . Also the checkout time is too early at 10:00 while the resorts around have atleast 11:00 .

Great

Self contained small but has everything you need. As most of the previous reviews the hill it sits on is steep and no mention of this in the description. It does has a series of lifts when at the accommodation but had a steep hill to get there first. Would be problematic for less able or pushing prams etc. Location is ok with about a 20 minutes walk to the sea front, shops about 10 minutes, bus station 10 minute walk. All in all very good for the money. Would return.

Great resort

The apartment and complex were kept very clean. Apartment was just as described and was very nice indeed. All staff were very polite and helpful. The only negatives were that the main pool was closed for maintenance, complex was at the top of an extremely steep hill, definitely not suitable for people with walking difficulties or the elderly. Building work nearby was both noisy and produced lots of dust! It would have been better if we had known about all of these issues prior to booking, maybe a mention on the website would have been good?

We enjoyed a wonderful week here in April. Our apartment was very modern, spotlessly clean, spacious, with the most beautiful views. Staff all extremely helpful, polite and very friendly. Quite a hill climb up to the resort but worth it for the service and views. Definitely recommend it.

Das Hotel liegt auf einem recht steilen Hang, ohne Auto ist also gute Fitness gefragt. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, allerdungs kann es laut werden wenn Familien mit Kindern in der oberen Wohnung sind.

Petit déjeuner complet. Proximité avec les activités. Vu depuis appartement geniale.

Great place to stay, next to siam park, the shop downstairs is great and the sausage rolls are unreal, balcony is huge. room is equipped with everything you need, there is a hill to get to the hotel if you are on foot you may struggle if you are making the trip multiple times throughout your stay.

The accommodation was superb, it was huge. Amazing fully furnished blacony with sunbeds and hot tub. It had everything you needed. Washing machine, dishwasher, 2 powerful showers, enormous bed and jet bath in the bedroom. There is an onsite restaurant and bar. Its perfect if you have rented a car. Lots of free parking outside. If you dont have a car its a very steep walk, we struggled and we are walkers. However a cab is only 5 euros from town Wifi included but not great. Was ok for me but my husband needed to work and it kept dropping out. We would stay again...but get a car. The staff were all lovely too.

Perfect for our stay for a week with family of teenage children. Beautiful view, clean and well equipped room, nice pool with bar, little shop with good selection, restaurant available. We walked everywhere in Costa Adeje, restaurants and beaches on walking distance.

There was some mould in one of the showers which was disgusting, apart from that everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was really big and very well equipped-even washing up liquid and some dishwasher tablets left. Would def recommend and would def return!

We stayed for 2 nights at Wyndham Residences Costa Adeje and had a really enjoyable stay. The apartment was spacious, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything we needed, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing. The balcony area was lovely and a great place to sit and enjoy the views. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The location is good as well, with shops, restaurants, and the beach only a short drive away. Even though we only stayed for a couple of nights, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Costa Adeje.
