Great location near transit, rooms were clean.

Super schönes und ruhiges Hotel für den Städtetrip nach Wien. Wir wurden super lieb empfangen und waren rundum versorgt. Das Zimmer war etwas staubig, aber das hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Frühstück war klein aber fein und die Bar am Abend hat uns die besten Caipirinhas der Welt beschert. Wir würden immer wieder dort buchen!

A superb, mid priced hotel with excellent customer service, décor, cleanliness. Only about a ten min train journey from the airport and a further 5 min walk from St Marx station. Getting in to Vienna itself is then only a 10 min (2 stop) train journey to Vienna Mitte The rooms were very well decorated, exceptionally clean and very well equipped Personally this hotel was very good for us but if there was to be a negative point it would be that if you were looking for a hotel with a view then its probably not for you. Overall 10/10, value for money, thank you

El hotel bien. Aunque el check in previo es util es de súper mal gusto que tooda la información que te mandan siempre está en alemán. Se tapo el lavabo del baño y no pudieron arreglarlo en dos noches que estuvimos ahí. Por lo demás bien. Es amplio el cuarto

Hotel etwas außerhalb vom Stadtzentrum, aber Preis-Leistung und Ausstattung sind unschlagbar. Die elektronischen Jalousien zusätzlich zu den Verdunklungsvorhängen sieht man eher selten. Zimmer sind geräumig und gemütlich eingerichtet, es gibt auch jede Menge Stauraum sollte man für längere Zeit bleiben.

Clean room, safety, walls color

The hotel is cross between a traditional hotel and a service apartment but with an extremely customer friendly front office. It has a unique Brazilian/Amazon decor and atmosphere and also has a bar which serves Brazilian finger-foods and drinks.

I had an incredible time here as a solo female traveller. I felt safe walking at night, supermarket and transport no longer than a 10 minute walk. Hotel was AMAZING and staff super friendly. I will be coming back!!!

Décoration sympathique Salle de sport intéressante même si nombre d'instruments limités Proprété des couloir pas optimale Enregistrement peu efficace Grosse déception sur le petit déjeuner : salle très étroite avec un accès compliqué au buffet dès qu'il y a un peu de mondre, choix limité, ouverture systèmatiqument en retard de quelques minutes

Very nice New renovated Friendly staff

The room was great: clean, comfortable, quiet, good internet. The location is also very good: close to the tram and S train. I took one star off for the breakfast, which I rate at C+. This means better than the average US hotel breakfast, but not exactly up to the standard of good hotels in Europe or Asia. The breakfast room is a bit small for the crowd. Coffee, bread, and yogurt are good, but the cold cuts and cheeses are minimal. The only egg is hard boiled. In summary, the breakfast is acceptable. Everything else is very good to excellent. For the price, will choose Rioca again.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei ihnen gefühlt und werden ihre Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen !!! Unseren nächsten Wien Aufenthalt werden wir dann wohl wieder bei ihnen buchen !!!

Nettes unspektakuläres Hotel. Das Apartment sah etwas abgelebt aus und war recht staubig. Ansonsten alles super. Gute Anbindung an Flughafen und Innenstadt

Tolles Hotel

I had a great stay here. The room was clean, quiet and everything needed for my stay was provided. The location was just slightly out of the way enough so as not to be too busy and loud, but still just a couple of blocks from public transportation, shopping, restaurants, bars, etc. I would definitely return!

At check-in, there was no welcome, no hello. They saw me and acted as if I didn’t exist. Yet they expect me to be thankful to them. When I left my suitcase with a staff member, he said was “you’re welcome” That was ridiculous and rude. Very unprofessional. and offensive. The room was dirty, and there was no heating or air conditioning. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and could not be turned off. The secondary lock on my room door didn’t work properly, and one of the cups in the kitchen already had water stains on it. My room view faced the courtyard. While waiting for the elevator to check out, someone in the hallway suddenly screamed—at 11 in the morning. There are over a thousand rooms, yet too few elevators. Every time for check-in or check-out, you end up waiting more than 10 minutes. Paying over $260 (per night)for this nonsense was truly a terrible and disappointing experience.
