Really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! Very convenient location, close to the tube, local eateries and Westfield shopping centre! Great communication. The apartment and hallway/staircase were clean and presentable. The only negative was how hot the apartment itself was and could really do with a fan in our (short) summers but beside that I would happily return here!

Séjour agréable dan cet hôtel. Deux points de vigilance : il faisait très chaud dans la chambre et la clime de fonctionnait pas, rue avec beaucoup de bruit la nuit. Sinon, sa proximité avec le métro rends la découverte de cette belle ville pratique.

Warning! Stay away at all costs!!! Extremely noisy and hot apartment! I was looking for a quiet place to stay with my 10 year old son who can be very sensitive to noise. More than a month in advance I requested a quiet room with windows not facing the busy street. Despite of this request we were allocated room 15 with the window facing the busy Uxbridge Rd. So much noise from the busy street! Could hear police sirens every second minute. Lots of traffic with cars and busses. And not very soundproof between rooms as well. As mentioned by others the heat in the room was unbearable. It must have been 35 0C (despite only 18 0C outside). Neither of us could sleep and my son was very anxious the whole night. Had paid for 4 nights but decided to leave the terrible place the following morning. Stayed the following 3 nights in a nice, cold and quiet hotel nearby. No offer for a small refund and the reply from the reservation team was probably generated by an AI-robot! Not a place to stay. There are so many other opportunities in London!

Communication really effective, the property was spotless and really cosy. Really liked the layout, bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. V close to Shepherd's Bush station on a bustling high street but still.not noisy at all. Definitely staying here again.

Der Aufenthalt war schön aber Feueralarm um 6 Uhr morges am Samstag war nicht so toll. Zum Glück hat es nicht gebrannt.

Very spacious apartment considering the area. Extremely convenient location with lots of shopping and eateries nearby. Well connected with Shepherd's Bush station nearby. The unit is clean and well-maintained with most of the conveniences you'd expect. The one and only drawback is that it is very warm inside the unit. With no AC and only a small fan it is quite toasty despite the outside temperature being only 15C. Perhaps a ceiling fan would be much more helpful if installing an AC is not an option.

Prisvärt hotell relativt centralt i London. Fräscht och nyrenoverat. Rekommenderas för par som reser och som tillbringar mestadels av tiden ute.

This apartment/flat was great. Super clean and very well maintained. I really appreciated how clean everything was and it had everything I needed for a great stay. Check in was very simple and explained well. Yes, it was a bit hot for some reason but overall an awesome accomodation and perfectly located for travel on two underground lines and national rail

The email communication was excellent beforehand but nothing in the studio. The bed was not a full size double. There were what seemed to be A/C controls but they didn't work. We were there on the hottest week of the year so far, so it was boiling hot! We were on 2nd floor, I won't miss the stairs!! We had to keep the blind down to keep the sun out, opening the window just let the street noise in. A very busy road. Lots of choice to shop and eat. Westfield Centre is just behind.

Great little apartment-tiny for two but who spends time in the room while on vacation? Huge shopping mall nearby with great restaurants and the tube is just a short walk. No parking anywhere nearby so don’t plan on bringing a car. Staff were great by phone. We didn’t use the cleaning crew but the place was spotless. The only drawback was the bath - smallest I’ve ever seen that wasn’t a half-bath but we managed. I’d stay again.

Det er veldig sentralt, rent og fint der å reise i februar. Det eneste som drar det litt ned er at det ikke er lyd tett. Dessverre så hørtes det utrolig voldsomt ut når folk lukket og åpnet dørene, så hvis du vil unngå det spør om å få rom i øverste etasjene og ikke under etasjen som oss! Det er en tips jeg selv også skal benytte meg av til neste gang, ellers veldig koselig og rent der. Vi syns også at prisen var bra ! ☺️

The apartment was in excellent condition, like new, and perfect for a weekend or night stay. This stay was a great steal: just over £100 for one night in London to get a spacious and practical apartment. The apartment was packed with much-needed necessities: tea and coffee with a kettle and coffee maker, ironing facilities, shower gel, and soap, which are just what you need for a short stay. Comfort-wise, the bed was standard, quite soft and cozy. Situated in the middle of Shepherds Bush, it is a perfect location near the tube station, O2 Empire and Westfield Shopping Centre.

Arrivee et récupération des clés des 2 appartements simple et rapide. Nous etions au 1er et 2eme étage. Les appartements sont très propre, clair. La literie est impeccable, le coin cuisine pratique et suffisant. La salle de bain également. Seul souci, le bruit extérieur. Le quartier est vivant et passant, des fenêtres double vitrage atténuraient les bruit extérieurs. La localisation est idéale pour visiter Londres, très proche des bus et métro. Je recommande cet appartement au bon rapport qualité prix.
