Water was dirty at shower and when i lost room key card ,the replacement key they charged 500 tk. The worst is they never disclose it upfront. Very rude at front desk management.

The room condition is below a 2-star rating. The complimentary food was good, but the beachside was dirty and overcrowded.

Surrounding areas are very dirty

This is a great place to stay in Cox's Bajar. Couldn't of been a better visit.

The hotel ambience is beautiful, beach is walking distance and shuttle bus facilities from the airport pickup makes different. We loved to stay again in this hotel.

The rooms needs lot of renovation considering the age of hotel. The shower water does not go smoothly, the electrical lights do not work.

One of the worst hotels stay experience in my life. Sea view rooms has no view to the sea. Condition of the room is substandard at the best. Reception staff is not the very friendliest. Had to make multiple requests to fix the AC and other room amenities

Price quoted in Expedia was three times more than what is the quoted rate in the hotel. Never book through Expedia. Hotel management and the staff are forgetful, they either lie or they don’t remember it when you make a request to them.

It was not a good experience staying at Seagull hotel in Cox bazar. Hallway was dark no light. Water was dirty and shower head was defective. Room was not clean. Poor room service and management.

It's a very old hotel and they need renovation.

Check in was confusing. Rooms were clean. But bathrooms were ok. Housekeeping forgot to put clean towels in the bathroom & receptionist forgot to share details of the amenities of the hotel (i.e. breakfast details, wifi password)
