Very relaxing and peaceful. Also the staff is very accommodating.

I did not fully use the hot tube however I did check the water temperature and it was perfect

So property great, it is off season so I don’t blame them but no room service if you wanted, the restaurants close early is open at all, store very limited on item you’d think you’d need. Pool bar open limited hours if at all. Overall great place, maybe just came off season & there is no accommodating those staying there. Oh and the coffee nocks was out of half everything everyday. 😕

My stay at Sunset Caribe was amazing. I had a two bedroom suite. All of questions prior to arrival were answered in a timely fashion. I would suggest communicating with the property via email to receive a faster response. They offer a free laundry service and welcome drink. I recommend renting a golf cart from them so you can park closer to your room. Everything was perfect except one thing....... The water pressure sucks. Its like somebody is spitting on you in the shower. That beautiful establishment with sucky water pressure. The customer service, housekeeping, shuttle service and the restaurant staff and food was amazing. Ill definitely be staying again.

Time by the pool was nice. Room service delivered to the pool which made it very convenient. Pool is open 24hrs so that even better. Staff is very attentive and nice. Rooms are spacious and I loved the condo style room.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious and felt gave illusion of an apt. The only issue is the hotel ran out of main food choices so options were limited and hotel room service was going thru renovations and service ended early. Other than food options we had no complaints about our stay.
