Non tout était non propre

Mooie accommodatie en receptie, maar het appartement was teleurstellend Het complex en de receptie van Zephyr Ifrane zijn mooi en goed verzorgd. De ontvangst was vriendelijk. Helaas viel het appartement waar wij verbleven duidelijk tegen en voldeed het niet aan de verwachtingen. Bij aankomst troffen wij mieren aan in de keukenkastjes, op het aanrecht en zelfs in de koelkast. Het was zo erg dat je geen brood of eten op het aanrecht kon zetten, omdat er meteen een hele mierenplaag op afkwam. Dit gaf een extreem onhygiënisch gevoel en maakte koken of eten bijna onmogelijk. Daarnaast was het raam kapot en sloot het niet goed. Er werd beloofd dat iemand dit zou komen repareren, maar uiteindelijk is er niemand gekomen. We hebben het raam zelf moeten vastzetten om tocht en kou ’s nachts tegen te houden. Ook was het appartement niet geschikt voor het aantal personen waarvoor het werd aangeboden. De boeking gaf aan dat het geschikt was voor 5 personen, maar er waren slechts twee eenpersoonsbedden en één tweepersoonsbed. Er ontbrak een slaapplaats, waardoor onze dochter op de bank moest slapen. We kregen na navraag wel extra dekens en lakens, maar dit had eigenlijk niet nodig mogen zijn. Kortom: de receptie en het complex zijn prima, maar het appartement zelf (hygiëne, onderhoud en indeling) was onder de maat.

When I first get there, I walk in and the place is filthy gross dirty I spent my whole time there Cleaning I had to leave early. I asked for a refund of just one night because we didn’t stay the whole time and they would not give it to me After they made me stay a room.

C'est une magnifique hébergement

We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment and while the hotel was clean and felt updated the apartment was “well loved,” with a heater in one of the bedrooms that would not turn off and the TV would not connect to wifi or stream and only had 5 channels. There was a used Pantene proV packet and qtip on the bathroom counter when we arrived as well. I always feel guilty writing negative reviews when the staff was so sweet and welcoming, and they all were! The dinner and breakfast available were really good and reasonably priced with friendly service!

This is a young property, only 2 years old! So everything is modern, and so is the service provided by the friendly staff. Meal times in the restaurant are posted at the Front Desk; and I was given the wifi password at check-in. Also, the Front Desk made any arrangements, as requested. The food is a mix of traditional Moroccan, French, and American. Moroccan tea, and coffee are included with every meal. A great place to relax and reset!

Faudra faire un effort sur le service et la disponibilité des emplyes, les téléphone ne marche pas dans mon appartement...les serviettes ne suffisaient pas vu que nous étions 5 personnes

I stayed there a week. The place was large and close to where I need to be. I did notice on the last day some ants in the kitchen. Really did not hinder my trip. I plan on staying when I go back.
