Incredible stay at Sommerro House!! We were upgraded to a Deluxe Room and we fell instantly in love with the beautiful Art Deco theme. Every single member of staff treated us with kindness and generosity. Breakfast is exceptional, we have stayed at The Four Seasons and their breakfast is nothing compared to Sommerro House. They even made the waffles in a traditional Norwegian way and we were offered coffee to take away with us (we had two cappuccinos for our onward journey). We cannot wait to return here.

Wonderful relaxation and staycation!

Very nice hotel. Great design and great location. But the service from the staff was very bad. And out of 7 restaurants only one was available, where again the service and staff was below what is expected on a hotel like this.

Pent og rent hotell, flotte rom. Fantastisk frokost, og en drøm av en takterrasse med basseng. Veldig fin matopplevelse på Izakaya også. Overall meget hyggelig betjening. 10/10 hotellopplevelse (med unntak av at restauranten/takbaren stengte litt for tidlig i forhold til våre ønsker). Vi kommer tilbake!

Rommet var veldig kaldt, på tross av forsøk på å endre termostaten. Minibaren var tilsvarende varm, så all drikke som sto der var lunken. Flere barn lekte i bassenget, noe som gjorde det til en lite avslappende affære. Estetisk er hotellet nydelig.

This place is great. Absolutely beautiful property. Stunning decor. Different. Interesting. The dining room - wow! Great breakfast. Happening dining and bar on 7th floor. Didn’t check out rooftop pool. But indoor pool and gym area very nice. The surrounding area gorgeous. Nice walking. Beautiful buildings. Excellent restaurants. Oslo very impressive. Much more than we expected. Would return in a heartbeat. This is a great hotel.

Absolutely terrific. Centrally located, the Sommero is a wonderful hotel. The people are thoughtful and kind, the facilities first rate and the value is tremendous especially when you consider that their lavish breakfast is included.

Perfekt opphold, super opplevelse for både voksne og barn. Gleder meg til neste besøk!

Excellent property with well- maintained amenities in Oslo

This hotel is such an aesthetic. Picture Great Gatsby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast excellent. Great price. Everything walkable.

Veldig bra

I enjoyed the room at Sommerro. It was clean, comfortable bed and unique interior. The breakfast was great. The spa that was included with my room was not worth the hype. I found the corridors and layout with multiple doors and walls difficult to use and not relaxing at all. I would have been better off using my own gym sauna at home and skipping the experience here entirely. If I had known this, I might have paid extra for the top floor spa, but I would probably not return to try it out in the future given this experience. Also, the tv wasn’t working the first night and was told by reception they needed to check to see how long my stay was going to be before they would consider helping me fix it (I was staying 4 nights). I ended up fixing it myself.

Rummet hade ett fönster som inte var större än ett kuvert. Den japanska restaurangen på taket var undermålig både vad gäller mat och service. Poolområdet var tråkigt och obekvämt eftersom det saknade stolar.

Beautiful design and furnishings, spotlessly clean, quiet rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast. We have sysyed here a number of times and think it is the only place to stay in Oslo.

Everything was perfect except navigating the labyrinth maze like underbelly. Twas confusing

The gym was very well appointed: opens at 5am. Very good breakfast. Excellent bed, very quiet room, even on 2nd floor.
