We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rock Point Inn. The location on the water is perfect, breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked and hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating.

Really lovely place to stay, great location with an exceptional breakfast! Only thing they could improve is the bed - the mattress we had was quite lumpy and it could have been more comfortable

Absolutely loved our stay. Rooms clean and so comfortable bed amazing. Food really good great service. Staff amazing especially Andy where nothing was to much . Will definitely be back

had a to remove the loo paper before you had your shower, otherwise one would get a soggy loo roll as it was situated to near the shower . We ate in the restaurant each evening and the food was very good. ... Personally, being in Lyme Regis, a little more fish on the menu would have been perfect. We would definately go again.

Lovely top floor room, which had a steep tight staircase to get into, but we knew that. Great big bath tub. Stunning views out to sea. Breakfast was excellent with both continental and a selection of different English options. Staff were very polite and friendly. Bed was massive and very comfy. Very quiet room and location. No parking, but there were plenty of nearby spaces on the MyParking app.

Exceptional breakfsst - large choice and the best cooked breakfasts we have had in a long time. Unpleasant smell in hallway of fish being cooked. Mattress in Room 1 needs attention. Staff very wevoming and an excellent location.

We were upgraded when we arrived to a room at the front with sea views from both windows. There was a nespresso machine and coffee and tea facility’s. The room rate included breakfast which was a choice of fruit, pastry’s breads and jams and a choice of various cooked breakfasts we out juice and hot drinks. The breakfast was lovely and the staff helpful and friendly . Highly recommend a stay here.

We stayed in room 9 which looks out on the sea and the cliffs. A small but lovely room with a wet room en-suite. Breakfast was included and was excellent. The first day the weather was beautiful and you almost felt you were in Greece or similar. Then overnight a major Storm rolled in and whistled the windows. Wonderful.

Fabulous, comfortable stay in the heart of Lyme Regis. Really helpful and accommodating staff. Great bar and we enjoyed the breakfast too. Fab views over the sea. Will return.

My husband and I stayed at Rock Point Inn for 2 nights just last week and we had a wonderful stay. We stayed in room #6 "The Cobb", it was super cozy and clean and a lovely view of the high street and a little of the sea. The whole staff was friendly and chatty and very professional, and the hotel couldn't be more perfectly located. The breakfasts in the morning were amazing! As soon as we walked in to the breakfast area we were offered lattes and a place to sit by the big windows overlooking the sea. Choices of hot cooked breakfast and also a lovely table set out with cold meats and cheeses and pastries. We would definitely stay there again

Rock Point Inn is in a great central location in Lyme Regis. It’s an old building with character so our room was not big but had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. We had a sea view. A fan was provided and we needed it during our stay. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location means there is no parking at the hotel. The short stay car park next door gave us the opportunity to drop of our luggage and drive to the long stay car park a 10 minute walk away. Our bags were in our room when we checked in.

Great location next to the sea

The location was amazing. Parking was a little complicated as we had to move/pay for a 3 hour slot at 8am since parking was only free overnight. Property was clean and the staff were wonderful. The floors in the property were warped however and that made navigating the stairs a little uncomfortable. Overall a great stay though.
