Quand je viens à Gouda, il est inconcevable pour moi de ne pas rester à cet endroit! C’est un bijoux. Malgré le fait que ma chambre était à côté des marches cette fois-ci et que c’était très bruyant lorsque les autres clients y passaient, cet endroit reste l’un de mes favoris. Le personnel est accueillant, le location est centrale, le service est impeccable, c’est un must go!!

O hotel é muito bonito, um prédio histórico, quarto espaçoso, silencioso, confortável! A equipe extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. O café da manhã de qualidade, enfim, foi um prazer hospedar nesse hotel.

No one who is physically challenged or a solo traveller should stay at this hotel. The reception closes at 9 pm with staff then no longer in the building including no security. The internal premises are left in the dark with low visibility. The entry door to be used after 9 pm is very difficult to open. I tried for 15 minutes on my first night of staying. Finally got assistance to open door from a woman walking her dog. She tried opening the door for 5 minutes before being successful. This was definitely a security issue for me and I felt very unsafe. I am mobility challenged so faced stairs to climb. The restaurant was also not open for dinner for me entire stay. I will never stay again at this hotel. I have been frequently visiting Gouda since 1993.

Excellent hotel! I love the decor and little details that made our stay comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed. We enjoyed breakfast buffet with made to order egg dishes. Very charming place. I highly recommend this hotel.

My daughter fall in the stairs. We had very nice service. Taxi to go at the hospital and a little gift in the room when we came back. Thank you so much

My room had a very steep open tread staircase up to the bedroom. All sorts of people would not have found it suitable. I was there on a Monday. The bar and restaurant was closed. I would not have booked if i'd known.

Frais inattendu Personnel odieux ( Check out , refus d entrée au restaurant, personnel du bar parlant très mal l anglais ) Sol sale : pieds nus dans la chambre : pieds devenus noirs en 2 minutes, escalier dangereux ( j ai chuté j ai du aller en France consulter un médecin, la CPAM va se porter partie civile pour remboursement des frais de santé) Wifi non fonctionnel Moustiques dans la chambre +++ Climatisation trop froide la nuit Parking improbable et dangereux : je l ai refusé Aucunes indications données pour autre parking en ville ,du coup amende ) J ai déjà été en France en Espagne au Portugal dans des relais château cele n a rien à voir Très très cher pour ce que c est J attends un geste commercial important voire un remboursement du séjour

Super trevlig personal. Väldigt fint stort rum, hela hotellet luktade gott. Vacker innergård. Väldigt centralt, nära till stora torget och restauranger. Bra parkering precis vid hotellet, men dyrt. Lite hård säng för min smak.
