El personal no fue atento. El servicio de comida a la habitación fatal . El lugar es limpio y accesible pero esperaba un mejor trato.

El staff del desayuno es pésimo, llegamos a las 9 y media dijeron que llegamos tarde, solo nos dieron 2 opciones de un menú de 6, todo se había agotado excepto el café. El baño debe mejorar pues sale el agua cuando te bañas

Not sound proof rooms: heard people in the hallway and kids crying in their rooms, and the bass from the rooftop bar. They don’t have 4 pools… only 1 hot tub. The had a QR code to order food that didn’t work. Internet went out and was off and on. For the price, I wouldn’t go back.

Had a lovely stay. Got a very nice room and it was nice and cozy, very spacious. There's a mall that's a quick Uber ride away and a couple restaurants within walking distance. I went for a concert at the nearby stadium and I was able to walk back afterwards and avoid being stuck in traffic, so it was super convenient.

Convenient for travelers going elsewhere since Caribe Tours it’s steps way form there but need some work in the bathtubs. Overall it’s like a 8/10 can’t complain.
