テレビがないのが寂しかったです。

Property is roomy and clean however the bathroom is very small. The hot water is not continuous. Room is not soundproof- can hear footsteps and outside noise of other guests.

This was one of the favorite places My family enjoyed. We loved the pandas everywhere, from the station to the hotel, and everywhere in the room. The giant panda was a favorite, it was fun for everyone to play on. The atmosphere was very pleasant and let the kids feel like they could play, which is a little difficult outside. The room was right on the first floor and made getting luggage in very easy. The beds were very comfortable and the futons easy to use. The bath was small but easy to use, the kids preferred the shower option. The entry mechanism was a little difficult but pulling in the door lightly while inputting the code let the auto lock open without issues. Otherwise, it sometimes got stuck.
