Staff was very attentive, food was absolutely amazing and the rooms were very spacious! 10/10 recommend!

Hotel is modern, feels brand new, rooms are amazing. Area around the hotel with amenities avarage. Very loud music non stop. Food below avarage, bland. Long wait lines for dinner, 1-2hours during off season. I don’t know what would it be during season. The Beach is nice, they keep it clean. This is not a hotel to relax it’s a party scene.

First time in Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa. I can tell you me and my wife, don’t wanna leave. Happy Hard-working people in Breathless Cancun Soul Resort & Spa. It’s too much to add to this review, but you can just go and experience it yourself. We stayed for one week; every day was different, and we loved, every single moment. The people are just amazing at their jobs. You don’t see a bad attitude at all. It’s always positive and excited to serve you. The food was the best, buffet normally a lot of people don’t like but this one you will love it. Management is killing it in training please don’t change. See you soon. One more the lady at the grill doing your eggs in the morning is amazing. Thank you for being part of a great experience. God bless you all.

Best spot in Cancun! I’ve stayed in 6 different hotels over the years and Brearhless Soul is the best! Best food for sure!

The property is well kept. The rooms are modern and don’t feel overly used or slept in. The common areas are clean and the staff do a pretty good job of keeping the trash picked up. The food is okay for a resort, the drinks are not that great unless you purchase the premium liquor package. Entertainment is geared towards mid-aged group. This is not your party resort but you can still have a great time.

I found this property very relaxing, and I enjoyed everything about it. The staff was incredibly helpful, and we had a wonderful time.

We were there for a relaxing time together. We were hounded by staff every time we got off the elevator. After we said ok for a presentation that was supposed to be 90 mins, it lasted 3.5 hours of us saying no. All-inclusive was not fully all-inclusive.
