Suite Vic, recien renovada, increible

Excellent location on Sirmione! The staff were all welcoming and kind, check-in way very efficient. We enjoyed the room which was well air conditioned and equipped with robes. The breakfast was wonderful, we highly recommend this hotel.

Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch größtenteils sauber.

Lovely hotel and near the centre. Varied breakfast and great selection of drinks and snacks for throughout the day. Staff were helpful and everything was clean and tidy.

A equipe era muito simpática, o quarto confortável e silencioso, o café da manhã incrível e a localização a melhor. Muito perto do forte de Sirmione e do lago. Adoramos.

Location was good, a few minutes walk from the historic centre. Pool bar was nice, staff very helpful. Limited hot food for breakfast but good selection overall.

Excellent location for the hotel with the old town so close. Hotel looks a bit tired from the outside but inside it’s fine and the staff are well trained and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional, with a huge range of options. The room was good, clean and the bed was comfortable. However the furniture in the room looks a bit tired and the bath-shower arrangement, fittings etc need upgrading.

Péssimo. Nosso quarto nao funcionava o ar cond. Nos ofereceram um ventilador. N tinham outro quarto para nos colocar nem pagaram um hotel no mesmo valor. Queriam nos colocar num hotel de valor bem menor. Esta confusão nos fez perder uma noite em Sirmione, onde sairíamos de lá as 14:00 do dia seguinte. Foram rudes, mentirosos, pois já sabiam que o ar estava quebrado.

Good location to get to old Sirmione and the ‘main land’. Pool on roof was good and no problems getting space (we stayed middle of May). All staff very helpful and Benjamin a great barman, pool buffet also very friendly. It is close to main car park so during the day there will be noise.

Gentilezza e cortesia sono le parole d'ordine dell'hotel. Colazione perfetta, pulizia e servizi top con anche la piscina panoramica al 3 piano e la vicinanza al centro storico. Un complimento speciale va a Carmela per la cortesia ed a Beniamino il barman per la simpatia e la disponibilità. Super consigliato.

Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit

Nice located to Sirmione - a small walk from the old castle and restaurants/shops. Its a bit run down, especially the rooms. The reception/bar and welcome area is fine. Breakfast is ok - ordinary. Italien is known for their great coffee culture but in the breakfastroom there is an coffeeautomat which make halfcold coffee and not so Well tasting. The rooms is run down like we said- meaning the looks and state of the closets for example. The water pressure is not so High so unless you want to shower in cold water it runs slow. The water heater for the tea or coffee didnt work. The positive side is the position of the hotel - nearby many of the great tourists places. And they have parking in the basement. We will try another place next time.
