efficient service, clean room, good food

Very disappointing. On arrival room old and dirty. Fridge door broken. Wifi I had to sit outside in the hallway. Changed rooms and that wasn’t much better. Was there for a week. Wifi didn’t work for two days. Aircon sounded like a vacuum cleaner and would stop working every hour or so. I’d wake up during the night sweating and have to reset it. One positive the restaurant was awesome, food was magnificent. Buffet breakfast was terrible with a very small selection. Convenient location in an area that I liked another small positive. Was mid range price but way worse. Give this place a miss. If you’re from Australia it’s about the equivalent to a dirty motor inn!

Not too clean, weird smell when you enter

We stayed at the Bloom Hotel Juhu for 3 nights. It was better than what we expected, check in was quick and easy, location was great for Juhu and very close to the airport as well as bars and restaurants.Water was replaced everyday and the complimentary drinks/snacks were an added bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive, the online support service was excellent and they responded to requests immediately. Breakfast was very good for the cost, and the connected restaurant was great for lunch and dinners. The room could do with some extra cleaning in hidden areas, but generally the rooms were large, clean, and the bathroom was also clean and fully equipped. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel to other foreign travellers looking to stay in the Juhu area.

Fantastic hospitality and great service. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The property is in the prime neighbourhood of Juhu and convenient.

This hotel does not worth the cost. There are much better ones on the same road. The pillow and the bed was not comfortable, the room had an electric box, the AC was not working well. The cost per night does not justify the room cost. Breakfast and location is good.

Great boutique hotel. Staff very efficient and helpful. Have no complaints with my five day stay. Area around hotel is very busy and noisy but quiet at night.
