sehr schönes Hotel, nahe der Innenstadt, moderne, saubere Zimmer, trotz Innenstadtnähe, relativ ruhig gelegen (ist allerdings auch zimmerabhängig.) Dusche war etwas zu modern (nur Regendusche + kleine Handbrause, welche nicht so aufgehangen werden konnte, damit man darunter stehen konnte (nur senkrecht) In manchen Zimmern nur Badewanne (Einstieg sehr hoch) Zimmer im 3. Stock waren sehr warm und auch nicht ganz so ruhig, da man die Hauptstraße hören konnte (Zimmer 306). Wunsch nach ruhigem Zimmer wurde leider nicht berücksichtigt. Ansonsten alles super, Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Ich würde wieder hier übernachten, wenn ich ein anderes Zimmer erhalten könnte.

Lovely hotel in a very good location. Great room, very comfortable and relaxing. Fantasic rainfall shower. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms were large / spacious and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel so can’t rate that aspect but based on every other aspect I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the hotel to other travellers. I would definitely stay here again as it’s location was also perfect, within a 5 minute walk of the main Market Squares & Christmas markets.

Great hotel, very clean, great deco, helpful staff. It was my second stay here and will be back in the future.

Great location, very nice building. Absent management is shown in poor service. As family of four, with two teenage children we were put in “family room” that does not deserve this name. Attic room without AC, Improvised second bed and no housekeeping til 3pm! For 200€ per night I have expected more generous breakfast and that we would not need to make our own table.

The staff are lovely, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are nicely decorated, couldn't ask for a better hotel. Breakfast is great, the bar below is amazing, will definitely rebook again for sure.

Booked a room for 4 but no bedding for sofa bed upon arrival at 930pm and according to reception no one available to make up sofa bed. Was told he could only be done “tomorrow”

The Hotel is in a quiet area of the central Wroclaw which is nice, no disturbing noise from vehicles. The condition of the Hotel room was good. The breakfast was ok.

Geen koelkast, geen kluis en de receptie had geen kaart van het lokale openbaar vervoer. Verder uitstekend.
