Clean room, very friendly staff at a great location.

Everything was perfect

Very nice and helpful personal and really clean rooms. Location is really good and the rooftop pool was lovely! The room had quite poor isolation especially between main room and toilet and shower had been leaking on the floor which was noticeable but otherwise really really nice stay and we would absolutely stay here again!

Bad service , very small rooms (looks like you are in a low class cruise room), poor room cleaning ,the pool is too small and the service was terrible , my daughter request a coke and never received it , the lady there said that happened because you she did it thru the QR app, and they have not enough employees to attend that, not even said I'm sorry . They were with a friend that lives in Madrid, eating something at the pool and they kick them out the pool, very rude personnel. Not recommended at all. This is a 1-night executive hotel for low rank executives.

The absolute best location! Hot chocolate and churros 3 minutes walk open 24/7 San Gines, Called Arenal,, Plaza Mayor 5 minutes. Best location, staff excellent, rooms with views of Opera House. Would stay again!

Super lækkert hotel hvor en som gæst, virkelig var i centrum. Vi prøvede ikke morgenmaden på hotellet, men det så rigtig lækkert ud. Vi havde et superior dobbeltværelse mod haven. Lækkert værelse - boede på 4. sal så skønt med lys ind på værelset. Vi fik dog ikke gennemskuet om man kunne have haft åbnet vinduerne lidt, da der ikke var udluftning i badet, så der kunne godt blive lidt varmt og tung luft på værelset. Poolen på taget var lækker og med 7-8 liggestole og 4 store sidde områder. Vandet blev tjekket for baktiere flere gange om dagen. Og udsigten fra taget var fantastisk! Poolbaren var ikke åben for sæson, men så bestilte man blot via en QR kode, og man fik bragt drikkevarer og mad op til poolen.. Alt i alt så er det et rigtig godt hotel, som vi helt sikkert vil komme tilbage til!! Og det kan næsten ikke ligge bedre centralt.

Hotel is in a great location. We had a room (205) facing a street and the noise from club goers early morning was unbearable. Best to Request an inner court yard room if you prefer a sounder sleep. Finally, (and this is a tough item but I feel the need to cover it) although the front desk staff does speak English, the service areas - bar and rooftop pool area staff basically speak zero English. I always try my best to try and converse in the local language but they advertise and having staff that are conversational in several languages - English isn’t really one of them.

Positives: Great location , staff helpful, bar staff excellent , rooms spacious. Negatives: Noisy rooms from road, and other adjacent rooms- really needs soundproofing installed. No music in the decking - bar

Great central location and modern design, but unfortunately quite noisy due to the outside nightlife.

Great clean and modern hotel in the heart of Madrid. Room was a good size and came with robes, water bottles, nespresso. Excellent location would stay again for the good value!
