Staff was amazing. We had an issue with our room the first night where there was leak in the ceiling and they handled it very well by moving us to a new room the next night. They went out of their way.

Room was absolutely perfect, balcony very nice and large , reception very friendly and efficient. Restaurant was not attentive especially bar seems like they don’t want to make money and we are spenders which is a shame as their is so much potential in a beautiful setting . Restaurant management problem in my opinion.

Tivemos um problema com o quarto por mau cheiro e nos trocaram por um menor porém com vista, algo que eu não queria pois queria silencio. O ar condicionado deste novo quarto funcionava bem devagar e passamos um pouco mal pelo calor. Então de modo geral infelizmente não foi uma estadia agradável.

Clean and new

The hotel was great and in an easy to navigate part of the city. The staff were polite and helpful, and the room was in great condition. We did get stuck near the elevators and could hear a few people in the hallways late at night.

OTIMA LOCALIZACAO

Excellent hotel location behind the opera house with the Metro stop right outside the hotel for easy access to use and explore Madrid. Hotel is really in a great area, you have shops and the palace less than 5 mins from the hotel, the main shopping strip a 10 min walk away with excellent restaurant options literally on your doorstep .Room was clean and modern and very quiet. Note* I did not get the free bottle of wine but I don't drink so I did not ask for it :)

La chambre était propr, éclairée et confortable. Le personnel était courtois et attentionné.

Noisy location with noise from the square - not well sound proofed. Was also supposed to get a bottle of wine with my stay and never did
