Excellent location and staff.

The hotel is in a great central location, it was very clean, breakfast was one of the best I've had, the bar choices where really good, the room size was not bad considering is in the hart of Madrid even though we can hear the people talking out on the street. We liked the rooftop pool area, is small but perfecto for sunsets and wine. The only bad experience was a lady in the food service that mistreated my wife. personel like her should not be allowed in a position to deal with customers without the proper trainings, I think her name was Desire, we also had dinner in the terrace thrusting the Michelin signs posted on the outside, ordered the seafood rice, they dont call it Paella but is pretty much a paella, it was salty and not great, it was just edible. But again the bar cocktails where the best.They just need to work on the overall customer service part.

Muy buena experiencia

Came to Madrid for my 55th bday. Missed a day because of Airline issues. But the days I stayed Ocean Drive staff was excellent. I will definitely be back.

The property was well situated for access to shopping and food choices. It was also clean and we always felt safe.

Nice hotel in convenient location by the Opera.

It’s a prime location where you can walk 10-15 minutes to get to anywhere in the Old Madrid city and wonderful food options! I would recommend staying here!

Overall the stay was nice, but note that the location of this hotel is extremely loud and across the street from a night club where people are loud and chatting in the street until 6-7am. And then “normal” life starts. So it is really difficult to get good rest.

Heel mooi en net hotel met vriendelijke medewerkers en een heel goed restaurant genaamd Mar Mia. Het hotel ligt op een rustig plein midden in het centrum van Madrid op loopafstand van Plaza Mayor. Het is sfeervol ingericht en de kamers zijn van alle gemakken voorzien en zijn erg schoon en netjes. Ik kom al jaren in dit hotel in Madrid en zal dat zeker ook blijven doen.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Staff were excellent. Good location, close to the Royal Palace and Opera Metro Station.
