Booked a 4 night stay and left after one night because the property was unusable. Beds were rock hard. The AC blew cold air but wasn't strong enough to actually cool the room, and both the AC and the fridge were loud enough to keep us up. It's a motel style property with exterior doors and they only give you one physical key. In the middle of the night some random person came up and tried to get into our room. When we asked to change rooms the staff told us nothing was available even though I pulled up the booking site and saw there were multiple rooms open for that same night. Breakfast was meats and cheeses left out uncovered at room temperature with bugs circling. At checkout, the manager told me to my face she would issue a full refund. Then when I filed the request through my booking platform she denied it. I called her to ask why and she yelled at me that she would only do a 2 day refund because I left at 2pm instead of noon and hung up on me. My booking platform called her to try to work it out and the agent said she hung up on them too! Who runs a hotel like this? The place was also obviously dead with only a few other guests that had gotten tricked like us. Outside of the hotel itself, the beaches nearby aren't very nice and there's no restaurants other than beach bars within walking distance. Definitely skip this area of the black sea if you can avoid it.
