Lovely staff, very clean and lovely room. Breakfast was lovely and the coffee was fab.

David as always was fantastic and the hotel which has now become a firm favourite was on point. Mustn’t forget the great breakfast ‘healthy option chosen’ all though every option is great. Looking forward to my next visit

Sehr freundliches Personal. Zimmer modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die nähere Umgebung nicht sehr einladend. Pier veraltet und verlassen. Haben aber den Tag genutzt um die Seven Sisters zu besichtigen, somit warenbwir auch kaum in der Ortschaft.

A lovely place. Step right out onto Eastbourne promenade which is a delightful walk. Everything in the room and hotel were excellent and the owners were charming. Comfortable and well managed.

Fantastic Hotel and great sevice

My wife and I had an incredible stay at the lovely Port Hotel with a stunning waterfront view providing gently rolling waves for ambience with the windows cracked open. The staff were perfect and the Eastbourne waterfront was everything we'd hoped for an authentic English coastal experience. Although was not an issue for us, be aware there are no elevators so if you book an upper floor then you're in for a good workout getting up and down the stairs daily -- especially getting heavy bags up and down. Overall, 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

No lift

We arrived very late so the manager was super friendly and hellpful with key pick up etc, room was nice but a lot of stairs as we were in top floor with luggage at gone midnight - that aside really nice front of house and room was good

The hotel is a perfect choice for a getaway to seven sister, the room we stayed is excellent and the staff at the front desk are both very helpful and friendly, who also helped us to call a taxi

Great service from the team and excellent breakfast.

We booked a luxury room for two with a sea view, arriving at 5.30 pm. You have to download an app and enter personal information in order to gain entry. I'm not sure about the privacy when using this app. We were advised there is no staff on duty after 6 pm, and any questions have to be given by WhatsApp—no restaurant for dinner or breakfast. No bar was open, the whole place appeared empty or closed apart from us. Our room was on the 3rd floor, up narrow winding stairs, as there was no lift for guests. The room was fairly small for the price. The bathroom shower was good. There is a lot of traffic noise from the busy main road when staying in the front rooms. There was no ambience during our visit. No staff, no music, no people, no bar, no restaurant. Overall, one night was enough.

This hotel is beautiful, stylish and elegant. The location is great, and the sea view is stunning. I loved staying here and would strongly recommend it. Thank you to all the staff!
