We enjoyed every moment. It was clean. Staff super friendly and the food was amazing. I would 100% recommend this to anyone and I would definitely stay again

Nice room and breakfast

We had a wonderful experience at the Llechwen Hall Hotel, thanks to the exceptional customer service from the entire team. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed without ever being intrusive. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service really made the meal even more enjoyable. The contemporary rooms with air conditioning was a treat ans unexpected. We loved it. All staff had a professional attitude and outstanding service truly stood out. We look forward to visiting again!

Spotless room. Fantastic place, clean all round. Comfy beds abs large shower. Staff are excellent. Great location.

Pleasant stay lovely breakfast

Really nice one night break to gt away from it all. Everything was excellent only thing will request next time is a superior double room over the courtyard rather the outside of hotel as we were overlooking staff area and were woken by trolleys at 8am. That was room 225 but must say beautiful room, very comfortable bed and bathroom modern and very clean. The restaurant food is excellent and very good value and friendly helpful staff. One thing for the Bar manager through, he needs to train his staff of correct glasses to use for gin / spirits especially as so many gin's to choose from. Not a wine glass for spirits. Maybe you should get gin glasses. Also asked for double Baileys and bar girl poured from the small measure so it was really a single and paid for double, did question but she said it was a double but definitely was not as had ice cubes. Minor criticism overall everything was top notch.

Lovely hotel is a beautiful and peaceful setting above the South Wales valleys. Rooms are spacious and wonderful outside spaces and views. Food and drinks were good although we only had drinks and breakfast here. Would visit again and some of the events spaces looked excellent for conferences and celebrations.

Lovely hotel in beautiful surroundings. Large room with comfortable bed. En-suite included bath (preferred by wife), while the shower, above the bath, worked pretty well. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good full Welsh breakfast, lighter options also available. Good varied dinner menu (we ate there three times). The dog was made as welcome as we were, and we hope to return.

Fantastic one night stay in the dog friendly suite! The staff were amazing , nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless with a huge bed and huge shower with plenty of hot water, shower gel and shampoo and fluffy towels. Would definitely recommend this hotel -amazing views. Breakfast was excellent value for money

Had a lovely one night stay. Room was clean and well presented. Staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a decked area for drinks in the evening (as long as there isn’t a wedding on) and you can sit looking at the great view and watch the sunset. The food was amazing, we had a 3 course dinner the night we arrived, great value for money and extremely reasonable priced (my husband is a chef, so is usually hard to please when it comes to eating out, but even he said the food was amazing). Breakfast the following morning, was great too! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location hotel and food was great. Although they cooked have a better option for non meat selection. Also, the hotel staff service could be better.

We loved our stay at Llechwen Hall Hotel, the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There are two steep steps to the restaurant that we couldn’t manage due to disabilities but the staff served us in the lounge area so not a problem. We can certainly recommend this Hotel.

Such a convenient location. Literally 5 mins from the main road and feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. Hotel is bright and modern. Contemporary design with great food. Having EV charging is a great bonus.

Room was good, clean & comfortable. Staff all very nice, stayed here many many times. Actually had my wedding reception here(44rs ago) as did my brother & sister & my cousin, just last Saturday!!!grounds are beautiful & perfectly kept.

The staff at this hotel are way above what you normally encounter. What an absolute delight. Whoever trains their people deserves a star as consistently high standards are notoriously hard to achieve. I also like the location which is lovely and tranquil with pretty great views. The food and drink choice should also be commended. I stay daily regularly around the area for work and now I’ve found this gem, will definitely stay again.
