Reception was supposed to be open until 8:00 PM but closed at 5:00 PM due to the holiday season, without any prior notice or notification through the Expedia app. I arrived at 7:30 PM and found the hotel empty, closed with no instructions. The only contact was a sign at the door with Spanish phone number (no WhatsApp or alternatives), and my phone couldn’t make international calls. I had to ask someone in my home country to call for me. I was then told to drive 10 min to another hotel to check in and pay, just to receive a code to enter the building and my room. The property feels abandoned, with no staff available for any needs. Although the room was fine and clean, the lack of customer care makes this place not worth it.

We enjoyed the property. It was beautiful and calming.

Not as discribed .This anoreta suites IS A GOLF CLUB WITH 8 ROOMS No restaurant open ,or bar. Reception closed at 6pm. Breakfast taken in a noisy golf clubhouse. All entry by keypad for front door lift and room

Perfect for one night

The service was excellent and it is a lovely building and surroundings. In one of the tooms, the socket for the kettle did not work and we found an empty cigarette packet beside the desk! The breakfast was very good and we all ordered a second!

Sitio tranquilo y perfecto para un buen descanso. Buena atención del personal y muy limpio. Buen desayuno. Para mí las únicas pega es un baño demasiado expuesto y el uso excesivo de códigos para todo. Pero esa es una apreciación personal

Servicen var väldigt bra och personalen var trevliga och förstående. Det ändå negativa vi hade med vår vistelse var att vi hade myror på rummet. Som tur agerade personalen snabbt på detta och hanterade problemet. Vi blev även kompenserade genom att få grattis frukost de kommande dagarna vi bodde där.

Nice and clean place. Very friendly and helpful staff. What brings down the service rating is that breakfast opens too late for summer golf (8:30) and restaurant was not open for dinner. Otherwise great stay and nice and fun course!

I did like the location. I did not like the confusion about finding the front desk. It was in the back of the building.

Hotellet var fint och fräscht, personalen var väldigt trevliga och serviceinriktade! Även golfbanan var riktigt fin att spela på! Dock lång bana så rekommenderar golfbil. Det ändå tråkiga vara att hotellet inte serverade middag, så man var tvungen att åka iväg för att äta, men det gjorde inte super mycket. Dem hade god frukost och lunch,

Niché au milieu d'un golf, l'hotel est calme et la literie confortable. Par contre il y a de quoi remettre en question le classement 4 étoiles. 1. Reception tres difficile à trouver. 2. A partir de 19h plus de personnel présent à l'hotel. 3. Le mot de passe Wifi fournit ne fonctionne pas. 4. Rideaux occultants pas du tout occultants! 5. Le mini bar n'a de mini bar que le nom puisqu'il est vide. De plus non seulement il ne refroidit pas mais il rechauffe les boissons!! Lorsque nous avons fait la remarque à l'employée elle nous a expliqué que ce n'etait pas un frigo mais une sorte de glaciere electrique qui ne fait que conserver au frais les boissons déjà froide!😂 Bref dommage car il suffirait de peu de chose pour rendre le lieu plus agreable.

We booked two rooms of which one was okay but the other one had ants running at the windows to the balcony. Keep in mind that there is no reception after 8 pm do you will need to pick up the key at a different location.
