For a city hotel this is quality. Roof top pool, restaurant amazing. I would of given 5stars but the bed and pillows far to hard and mattress topper needs to be thicker as my double bed was two singles pushed together. What is 5 stars are the staff all of them are so genuine. Special shout out goes to Samir keept bumping into him all over the hotel, so helpful and with a big smile on his face.

Il est sûr que je n'y retournerais pas, car au moment de mon départ j'ai la très désagréable surprise d'être sévèrement appelé, devant tout le monde, (!) par un réceptionniste, parce que j'avais dépassé l'heure pour faire décendre mes bagages de 2h00 = 200 drs,alors qu'ils étaient prêts, que j'avais demandé au pseudo "guest relation manager" Youssef de son prénom, jusqu'à quelle heure je pouvais les évacuer au plus tard, sans avoir une réelle réponse de sa part, de fait j'ai indiqué au réceptionniste que j'avais vu cela avec le manager, je suis descendu au parking avec un ami, pour témoin, lorsque nous en sommes sortis, Youssef venait courir après la voiture, en me réclamant les 200 drs, sinon il devait les payer de sa poche, mais que ce n'était pas un problème pour lui, tout en me tutoyant ! Ne voulant pas faire de scandale, je lui ai payé... Celle-là c'est la première fois qu'on me la fait en 30 ans de Maroc ! Je précise qu'ils avaient oublié de me compter un double expresso, par honnêteté, j'avais signalé et réglé... Première et dernière fois...

Cet établissement est d’une propreté irréprochable, et le personnel est incroyablement accueillant et attentionné, du début à la fin du séjour, quelle que soit l’heure. Le service chauffeur, payant mais abordable, est un véritable plus qui offre une tranquillité d’esprit inestimable à l’arrivée et au départ. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Marrakech. La piscine n’était pas très chaude lorsque je suis venu à la mi mars mais agréable pour ce rafraîchir après avoir passer du temps sur les transats.

Everything great, staff very helpful

One of the best 4-star hotels I have stayed at anywhere in the world in terms of value for money. The pool area is fantastic, and the gym is huge and very well equipped. The service is excellent and the staff were friendly and very helpful. They even allowed us an early check-in free of charge, which we really appreciated. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The location is also quite good. Overall a very enjoyable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tout était parfait hormis la piscine froide mais c’est compréhensible vu que nous y avons séjourné au mois de mars. Personnel aux petits oignons, mention spécial à Youssef qui a su répondre à chacune de nos demandes. Nous recommandons !

Lovely stay here. Very clean. Good breakfast and lovely staff. Pool area being refurbished so I cannot comment on that but we did use the spa and got 25% off as hotel guests. It was very good x

Great room, staff and location

Rooms was lovely, staff were amazing and breakfast was really good! Definitely great for value. Only downsides - water pressure on tap was bad halfway through and couldnt be fixed - however we were out of the room a lot so we couldnt follow up on it - hotel was extremely helpful throughout Also pool was under construction - we booked because it had a pool but was not notified till we arrived so that was a shame. They did mention it was being renovated to be better. Would still recommend - had a great stay, everyone is so attentive and welcoming. Location is perfect - 10 minute drive from pretty much everywhere (medina, airport, mall etc)
