the staff members were very rude . we asked for our bed sheets to be changed & our request was denied. the room was very humid and dirty , it wasn’t matching the pictures online.

Quick check in. Clean room with vast view of the ocean, beaches and parks out of the window. Excellent terraced restaurant also overlooking the ocean.

The hotel was the perfect choice after arriving late. The front desk guy Alejandro is super friendly and everyone is great to help with everything you need. The give you tips for food and spots around. I had a great time

La habitación era lo ofrecido. Excelente ducha y la cama súper confortable.

Personnel accueillant chambre désuète et très bruyante à cause de la proximité de l’intersection beaucoup de claxon. Bon restaurant avec vue sur l’océan vraiment cool

Duas noites no hotel. Vou dar meu testemunho, do quarto 304, os outros quartos não sei se passam ou passarão pelo mesmo. Algumas fotos anexo. -Box faltando uma parte de vidro. -Ralo pequeno, não conseguia dar vazão durante o banho, formava uma piscina. -Uma porta de vidro com cortina bem do lado da cama, o que te "forçava" a acordar cedo, com a claridade. -Café da manhã ok. -Primeira noite foi ok. -Segunda noite, um cheiro muito forte, sem barulho, apenas o cheiro, parecia que tinha um carro ligado dentro do quarto, com o escapamento virado para a cama. Não consegui dormir, levantei tossindo pra ver se onde vinha esse cheiro, parecia vir do banheiro. Peguei a outra toalha e coloquei para ver a porta, e abri a porta de vidro para aliviar, não eliminar, o cheiro. Não recomendo a NINGUÉM a noite que passei no quarto 304.

Las imágenes del hotel, no reflejan la realidad del estado del hotel. Cuando llegamos al cuarto, olía a producto para fumigar. Muy fuerte el olor. Aunque las camas estaba correctas, el baño se veía muy sucio, con una ventada redonda en la ducha donde los del edificio de al frente podían ver. El desayuno estuvo correcto. Lo que más nos disgustó fue el ruido insoportable de la avenida. Si desean dormir/descansar, este no es el hotel. Nos tuvimos que cambiar de hotel para poder dormir.

take note that there is an elevator in the hotel it is small but there is one

Estaba bien ubicado, pero la limpieza es algo malo porque las almohadas olían mal y tuvieron que fumigar justo el día que llegué y no me habían avisado

Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. They when above and beyond for me I super grateful. Especially Analu was the best .

Good location. Good sized rooms with adequate facilities. Shower was good. My impression was the hotel caters more toward local tourist than international guests.

This property looks great in photos but did not live up. We had no hand towel, when we ran out of toilet paper and called and asked for more none came. It looks as though it hasn't been maintained in quite some time. The room was noisy but not terrible coming from staying of the Plaza De Aramas in another city. The breakfast buffet was a disappointment, bread with Jam was good, these cheese and ham were so so, definitely not fresh and the fruit was good. The yogurt and coffee were not good and were left unfinishes by us. The restaurant was leaking water from the roof onto most of the tables.
