Amazing!

This is the best hotel my family has ever stayed in Narita. Every staff is friendly and helpful. We had a smooth check-in and checkout. The room is spacious and very clean. I have booked stays at this hotel that included both breakfast and dinner. What delicious meals were we having everyday. The chef and restaurant staff have done amazing job of making each meal so delicious! I would highly recommend this hotel and its restaurant to anyone who might want to stay in Narita. My family can’t wait to visit the hotel again in the future.

Likes: breakfast, on my arrival day , Ms. You, who is multilingual, was really helpful, tea and tea set, free drinks. Dislikes: Scheduled massage changed twice the time, gave up. When extended one day (paid online), the staff Tried to put me in a room that was filthy and full of storage stuff — they say that they will clean it first, I refused. They then put me in room with no open window and no view (non see through), feeling like an enclosed big box. 2 mosquitoes observed One female staff kept asking me to pay reservation fee out of nowhere, and no explanation for why, I refused. They finally gave up.

We loved our stay! Beautiful hotel with excellent location by the temple and Ometesando street. Lovely experience!

Amazing hotel

Excellent service from very polite staff. The best Japanese breakfast served among all onsen ryokans I stayed at so far. Omakase dinner was a delicate dining experience - delicious food plates beautifully. Hotel is located right on the street where the Gion Summer festival was held when we were there. So, we had a great time enjoying all the festivities.

I was so impressed with the gracious and generous hospitality from all of the wonderful staff I encountered during my stay. The location, room, and restaurant were all to a high standard. If you plan to stay in Narita I highly recommend.

It is really clean and location is nice. What I didn’t like is that their dining menu is so limited, English really bad even if you use the Google language they appear do not understand. But the staff are kind and appear courteous.

Our room was very spacious and beds were comfortable providing a great night’s rest. The staff was so kind and welcoming and the hotel was very clean. The town is very quiet in the evenings and felt quite mystical.

Le personnel est très serviable et attentionné. L'hôtel est situé directement sur une rue commerçante et touristique ce qui en fait un emplacement idéal, tout en étant calme et tranquille. Par contre, étant 3 personnes, nous avons pris une chambre avec futon, ce fût une erreur de notre part; les futons font à peine 3 cm d'épaisseur et ce fût très inconfortable. Je vous recommande fortement d'éviter cette erreur. Pour le reste, très bel établissement et chambre spacieuse.

Would be great if children amenity can be provided,such as toothbrush and in-room slippers.

The room was amazing…clean, comfortable, private and a great location. Loved the executors every day and the quick responses to anything we wanted. Sick beautiful and gracious hosts!

Perfect

This property is special. Everything was impeccable. The street that its situated in is beyond expectations. Our room was stunning and huge for Japanese standards. The dinners were absolutely outstanding, thankyou to the chef firstly but also the staff who were so genuine and kind. Breakfast was interesting. For us it was hard to get through but definately a must to try for the experience. We spent 3 nights which was just fabulous. Bed was so comfortable. Close to plenty of amenities, shops, restaurants, temples and so forth. This hotel is alittle more expensive but spoil yourself you won't be disappointed. My husband used the baths and was very impressed with the facilities. Easy to get a taxi to or from the airport and very reasonable prices. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Just a heads up check in time is strictly 3pm so be prepared to entertain yourself until then.
