One of the best hotels I have stayed at. Clean. Wonderful service. Sunny room. Definitely worth a trip.

Our room was extremely clean with all fun amenities. They offer free sparkling water, cider, beer, sake and other items in the refrigerator within the room- along with a snack. The bathroom has top notch items - such as a high quality razor and hair brush. they even has a Dyson hair dryer. That was a surprise since they are extremely expensive. Loved the shower! Comfortable beds. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and accommodating. 2 thumbs up. Will definitely stay there again. Would highly recommend

Longer ride from Narita airport than what they advertise

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. Lots of small shops to walk to and explore. The staff were kind and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay here.

El hotel no daba servicio entre medianoche y las 5 AM. Por ende suspendían el servicio de calefacción y estaba lloviendo y hacía mucho frío

Nice spot in the small town of Narita. The hotel takes a lot of effort to ensure the rooms are quiet and dark at night. The price seems a little high given the size of the town and the quality of the hotel. For example, the Hilton Kyoto comes to approx $50 USD less per night.

No hay servicio de comidas, Es un hotel pequeño y muy lindo, ambiente japonés, sus habitaciones hermosas y el servicio excelente, es la segunda vez que llego ahí, muy recomendable

私は宿泊せず、海外から初めて日本に来た友達の為に予約させて頂きました。成田山門前にとても近くてロケーションはとても良いです。 友人は、ベッドがとても気持ちが良くてぐっすり眠れたと感動しておりました。
