Lovely hotel central Vilnius.

Excellent choice for central location in the beautiful city of Vilnius. Close to the airport (under €1 on the bus) close to all the sights, shops, restaurants and bars. Lovely friendly staff, clean, comfortable and perfect for our few days break.

I had my 60 anniversary and booked this hotel because it looked like a hotel with a little bit more exclusivity and luxury. The experience was a super disappointment! On my birthday the hotel did not even congratulate me, on the contrary. The hotel did not even clean my room! They think at this hotel that it is the duty of the guest to order a cleaning (hotel is ranked as a **** hotel...) otherwise they will not clean or empty the trash or do anything! I still can not believe that this kind of hotel can stay in the market for long time. So my tip is: find another hotel and do not book a room in this hotel!

Middagen på hotellet ble ødelagt av at personalet begynte å gjøre klar til frokosten dagen etter. Det ble mye bråk og vi følte oss lite velkomne. Personalet var ikke veldig imøtekommende og vi tenker at de trenger smile-og servicekurs.

Fabulous three night stay. I was made to feel welcome, great room and it had everything I needed and more. Some noise from local bars but didn’t disturb me. Fabulous location for the old town and easy to read other local areas as well as the bus and train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Clean, attractive decor but ineffective aircon in room and Vilnius can be warm. Breakfast tasty and adequate.

Fantastic hotel! Old Town location. We had breakfast included. That was great! Clean and has nice charm!

Dejligt værelse, gode senge. Det burde være 2 stole i et dobbeltværelse, udover sengen. Fin morgenbuffet. 4 dejlige dage

Location is terrific for touring from. Great staff, clean oler style room.

Die Lage ist ideal, im südlichen Teil der Altstadt. Das Zimmer im Nebengebäude scheint recht neu zu sein und war gross. Der Check-in und Check-out verlief reibungslos. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch sehr gut, nur das Personal dort war mehr mit sich selbst als den Gästen beschäftigt.

Walking distance to all city attractions, shopping, restaurants, museums. In the hotel there are no USB outlets or chargers, make sure bring your own. You have to ask for iron. Breakfast available but not included.

Sentralt hotell med god standard

Glemte og fylle på toalettpapir og toalettsaker hver dag. Vasket rommene veldig sent på dagen. Flott rom og flott beliggenhet

This property is very interesting! Clean, comfortable and in the middle of Vilnius attractions old world charm and I’m sure no two rooms are alike! Twist and turn down the maze of hallways and play a game to see if you can find your room! I mean this in a very complimentary way.

Absolutely no complaints. The location was excellent for sightseeing, restaurants, and nightlife. Despite being close to the restaurants and churches, the windows did an excellent job keeping the room quiet at night. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was great (definitely worth getting). The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We came before summer, so the switch from heating to cooling systems had not yet taken place, but a member of staff brought us a fan within minutes of asking, and that handled the temperature perfectly. I would also recommend getting a room with a balcony. The view from the hotel is awesome.

Perfect location - beautiful place - very cosy

Nice hotel in a good location, friendly staff and clean and recently renovated. The only odd thing was that the roomservice wasn’t cleaned by the cleaners so the plate was standing there for two days. Made the room smell like food, the food was actually great so no complaints thefe but it was a bit odd. I didn’t know if i should bring it down to reception and leave it there or what to do with it.

Some of the rooms are not onsite the hotel but in the second row, as well they have no elevator . Honestly I would have thought that this would be mandatory for a four star hotel. I did not feel save walking there at night by my own. Amazing are the big clean rooms but finally I guess I would decide for a hotel where all rooms have an elevator . Price was great though .
