Awesomeness everything

Unfortunately, the downside of a hotel with no front desk in the middle of winter turns out to be that you and their tech support agent have to work together to debug your room's heating system at 1:00am via text message. And then you never solve it, are miserably uncomfortable in fancy surroundings, and they offer an apology in the same text message chain which feels as though it was written by AI. Maybe this is the direction that all hotels are heading in, but I must say that I can't recommend this one when Kingston has so many options with good service.

This is the 4th time we have stayed here and it is lovely as usual. A little bit of a parking issue was handled quickly. Beautiful & comfortable room and the location is convenient and walkable to shopping and restaurants.

Flawless stay. This property is a unique gem and a fabulous addition to the city. Everything has been thought of, we especially loved all the local products and impeccable design. Easy parking and conveniently located close to great restaurants and little shops. Highly recommend this property.

Just an amazing, amazing, amazing, outstanding stay. As a plus 50 techno peasant trying to check in, Alex at the contact us phone number was amazing. He effortlessly adjusted and accommodated and solved any of our questions in regards to checking in and or out. If you are a parent or grandparents or family member of a queen student and you are looking for an upscale amazing place to stay with a ton of space to visit and relax and soak in your time in Kingston, this is absolutely the place?

The door code yo get in the hotel was wrong in the check in information provided. I was stuck outside for half an hour in -25C weather. This is dangerous and someone is going to get hurt that way. Please double check this info is accurate for guests! Hotel was otherwise great!

This is a beautiful hotel with a great location near everything in downtown. The loft was amazing, interior decor was spectacular. Though contactless it was still easy to communicate with staff through their text service. Check in and checkout process was seamless. Wonderful hotel.

The Smith hotel is our favourite in Kingston. Easy to get to restaurants and the main strip but the best are the rooms. Beautiful, super clean with everything you might need. We love the record player and that each room is unique. Can’t wait to try a different room next time.

This is absolutely my new favourite place in Kingston. It’s stunning.
