I would appreciate if the front desk had better customer service, better attention to details, we arrived late due to flight delays, the hotel was very dark we could not find our room, i would have expected a little more attention from the front desk people

Noisy with a party until 3 am in the middle of the hotel patio.

Staff was ok, Clean room. the hotel breakfast was not that great. around 20 dlls for 2 persons.

Very convenient to everything via walking. Close to lots of beautiful churches

The chapel, the aesthetic of the hotel was amazing and the convenience of walking everywhere but just walking out into downtown Queretaro was amazing

Avoid staying here at all cost. Located on busy loud street will result in sleepless night. The stuff was not willing to help with inside or outside noise, flash lights, high volume music, trash cans dragged through stone floor. Dirty linens and towels. Weird room design with hot tub is basically in the middle of the room. Staff is very passive aggressive, dismissive. We checked out earlier. They refused to refund any unused nights or move us to different room. On top of it, we got bedbug bites. Worst hotel experience ever.

Todo fue excelente, gran atención, buen descanso

The hotel is astoundingly beautiful. It is a step back into history, stone staircases, tall ceilings, decorative painting, period furniture. Stained-glass ceiling. But it is not a modern hotel, and several aspects were lacking. One of our party had trouble with nternet part of the time. Few outlets for charging. The shower sometimes was tricky. It is an :"event" locale and one of the nights the party went on until 2 am, and at 7 they began the sign=in for the breakfast. The rooms surround the patio where the events occur. When the electricity went out for 5 hours in the central blocks of the city, the hotel didn't have candles on hand. Wonderful experience for a few nights during the week, ask about planned events.

Hotel located in Queretaro Colonial area it is known fot its restaurant with exquisite spanish and mexican fusion Its arquitectura is besutifull Its history remainds a splenfid colonial times since it was a convent and a prestigious excusive school fot young ladied

Well I reserve a room that they don’t have available, they send me to another hotel, that was a regular,el senorial, I can hear all what the guess was talkin until early morning

Solo habia 1 contacto y estaba flojo

Hotel en buena ubicación así como el personal muy amable. Lo malo: pasadas las 11pm apagaron las luces de los pasillos y tuvimos que entrar con la lámpara del celular. Las camas algo duras y el abanico hacía demasiado ruido, en lo personal no logré decansar.

Muy bonitas las instalaciones falta elevador y más amenidades

It was close to everything but we had issues with reservation and had to pay an extra fee. Room was a little dirty and blankets weren’t the best but the room was big. Bathroom was tiny.

Está muy bonito el hotel. Las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas y con buen mantenimiento. El check in y check out muy rápido. El WIFI muy inestable.

El personal de recepción muy amable, el cuarto siento le falta un poco de remodelación, algunos contactos más y una mejor calidad en el Wifi

Lo único que se debe mejorar es el acceso al estacionamiento ya que no te indican desde antes de llegar cuál es y tienes que pagar doble y además que es caro. Deben emitir y mandar por mail el boleto de acceso y la dirección
