Booked this hotel primarily for the swimming pool which was closed. We received no notification of this and was disappointing. Paying for the car park on top of the room stay was also irritating and having to retain the ticket to get out of the car park. Staff were lovely.

Nice hotel and room. The hotel is about a 40 min walk to the old town. There are plenty of public transport options near by

Das Hotel war leider sehr hellhörig, so dass Man die Geräusche der oberen und Nachbarzimmer wahrnehmen konnte. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber nicht besser als durchschnittlich. Auch war es in diesem Bereich, sowohl Abends und Früh immer sehr laut und hektisch.

Great hotel, perfect if you’re driving as there’s a large secure car park for 15 euros a night. Easy to get into the old town via regular bus service which stops outside the hotel. Lovely staff, comfy bed and great shower. This is the second time we have stayed here as we like it so much!

Nice place to cool for me

Hotel was very nice and staff were friendly. Beds were quite comfortable and the design of the hotel was nice. The blackout blinds were helpful! Easy enough to get a bus into San Sebastián. Breakfast was tasty. Cleaners in our room did a great job. A few things would have made it better/really good- we had a young baby and they could have offered to help us with washing bottles etc. They cleared breakfast away either before, or exactly at the time they said it would finish (normally you get a bit of leeway in other hotels if you turn up 5-10 mins before the end!). The sink in our room was also not securely attached to the wall and they provided tea bags but no kettle. In summary- generally good but I would have hoped for a little bit more given the cost of the room.

Ho soggiornato all’Hotel Leonardo e mi sono trovata molto bene. È un hotel moderno, con stanze ben arredate e dotate di tutti i servizi necessari. La colazione è abbastanza buona e lo staff disponibile. Molto comoda la fermata dell’autobus proprio davanti all’hotel e utile anche il parcheggio per la macchina. Consigliato

Todo bien. Unicamente comentar que nos costo encontrar la persiana para que no entrara la luz por la noche. Cuando la encontramos, estaba muy alto y nos costo alcanzarlo.

Todo excelente, había que caminar un poco hasta el centro pero el barrio era tranquilo y tuvimos sitio para aparcar bien.

Overall was fantastic, hotel was very clean and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Will definitely recommend.

Personnel très souriant et très agréable. La chambre suffisamment spacieuse pour 2 nuits. Lit confortable, Douche très grande. Arrêt de bus juste au pied de l'Hôtel pour aller en centre ville et pour aller à la gare routière. Seul petit bémol la situation géographique, un peu éloigné du centre de San Sebastian, mais en bus ça prend seulement 15 minutes.
