Nice breakfast, nice hotel and location

Great hotel with friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Some noise at night that made it hard to sleep, but ear plugs were provided and it is an urban centre so noise is to be expected.

Lovely room, well-equipped, clean, great hotel location. Very poor insulation. Our room was on the second floor, facing the street . You need earplugs in the room; double glazing isn't enough. It's a party every day until 5 a.m.

Temiz, düzenli odalar güleryüzlü personel ve harika konum nedeniyle ikinci kere tercih ettik, teşekkürler, suit odaları 3 kişi için gayet yeterli, üçüncü bir yatak vardı, seyyar yatak koymadıkları için gayet konforlu idi..

Oda temizdi. Personel çok nazikti. konumu ermou caddesine çok yakındı. Yine gitsem yine kalırım.

I arrived at 1 am, The room that they gave me had a window giving to the corridor without any kind of natural light coming from the window, when I asked to change. They made the history of life by keeping me waiting for 3 hours until 4 am in order to change the room which was not even better than the first one! As a gold member of hotels.com I normally have the right for free upgrade when available but the poor receptionist couldn’t even contact the manager to get approval. After long wait the room that they gave me was even worse! White blanket with red blood marks on it, toilet door that never closes! Toilet hangers that only fall by touching, disaster. And the breakfast I recommend hughly to have it somewhere else outside than in the hotel as it’s super basic 3€ breakfast

Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich, kompetent. Die Zimmer sind modern, sauber. Keine Schalldämmung. Man hört Strassenlärm, Leute auf der Strasse sprechen. Oropax nicht vergessen. Frühstück eher mager. Hotellage super zentral.

Breakfast was the best thing about this property :) lovely , all clean and the young lady who was looking after breakfast area was very kind . The main problem is NOISE until 5:30 AM ! The noise is coming from the nightclub GATSBY near by . Really impossible to get any sleep !

Overall the room was fine but the staff was beyond unfriendly. They would not smile, not be attentive to needs, and would smirk at you if you could not open the door into the hotel, which was always locked. Unbelievable. The rooms were not very clean but considering the price I understand. Will not recommend this stay to anyone.

Konumu mükemmel, her yere yürüme mesafesinde, Araçla gelirseniz bölgedeki çoğu otel gibi yakındaki otoparklara bırakmalısınız.. Odalar küçük ama yeterli ve temiz, kahvaltısı çok iyi, son gün uçağımız erken olduğu için herşeyi özenli paketleyip vermeleri ise son derece büyük bir jestti, çok teşekkürler..

Basics first. The hotel is adjacent an afterhours (11pm - 5am) party club and no sound proofing. It was not just loud, it is constant yelling in your face loud. We requested a room change, it took 3 days, and it was a move from 2nd to 5th floor, same location and problem. Worth noting, no electrical outlets in bath so hair dryer has to be used in main rooms. We had 1 chair and footstool and had to ask twice so we could both sit.

Room was clean, however the staff were incredible! They were so accommodating and very polite. Our flight home was canceled and they were able to accommodate our stay to extend to one more night and very understanding of the situation.

Double room is very small but you have all you need inside, cofee machine, kettle and mini bar. The family room is much more bigger and also you have all you need inside. The rooms is very clean and room service is daily.

Stanza molto accogliente e pulita. Personale eccezionale. La spa è piccola ma questo consente un utilizzo esclusivo per 45 minuti, ovviamente meglio prenotare.
