The property was in a gorgeous location. The previous group had trashed the place and there were some residual issues, which I realize is not the owners fault, but some compensation would have been nice. The description given on Expedia is not entirely accurate. It is a 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom house. Two kings and 2 queens plus 2 doubles and 4 twins. It sleeps 16 not 18. There was not much for toiletries. The non stick frying pans were trashed. We had to go buy one to make breakfast. The most frustrating thing was that the owner tried to charge us a 2nd time, even though we had paid through Expedia in March, when we booked. Also the previous group had taken the key to the house and instead of rekeying the locks, we were told the key was in the mail and they were sorry that we couldn’t lock the house.

Chalet was very clean. Little hard to find but wasn’t a problem in the end. We had a great time. Facilities were extremely good. Great for skiing and a family holiday. We had grandparents. Two families with two and three kids lots of room for us all and convenient to the ski hill. Hot tub and pool table was a nice add on.
