Where to begin - a brilliant stay from start to finish. Excellent hostel facilities, but the staff made the trip. They went above and beyond helping me find a lost bag and with an injury. Special shoutout to Catarina and Max! Highly recommend for any travellers in Porto.

긴 여행을 했어서 숙소의 청결도는 매우 중요했어요. 몇년 전에 이 호스텔을 갔다온 여행광 친구의 추천으로 고민 없이 어반 가든 호스텔을 선택했어요. 15일정도 있었는데 대만족 입니다. 1. 매일 오후 깨끗하게 청소합니다. 2. 정원에서 보내는 예쁜 시간이 행복했어요. 처음 만나는 친구들과 정원에서 재미있게 이야기하며 즐거웠어요. 3. 직원들이 친절하고 좋아요. 늘 배려해주고, 도와줍니다. 4. 메인 스트릿, 볼량시장과 가까워요. 5. 조식이 괜찮아요. 또 포르투를 간다면 여기에 또 가고싶어요. 멋진 오너 줄리앙과 나이스한 데이빗에게 안부를 전합니다.

Wasn’t expecting much, just needed a hotel before heading to the airport but the staff was really nice and the hostel facility were quite nice

Really good hostel about 2 blocks from Santa Catarina. Breakfast is available and if you reserve the night before you get a discount. Hammocks in the backyard provide a relaxing and cool spot for after all the walking you would have done while exploring the city. Bathroom inside the rooms was really clean and convenient. Pods for privacy and the availability of locker was all good. Overall good hostel, would likely stay again if price was right.

Pela terceira vez hospedei-me neste Hostel tendo em vista sua qualidade, entretanto desta vez decepcionei-me com o quarto maior no último andar. O piso vibra quando as pessoas andam o que faz sentir quando estamos deitados. Com janelas para a rua, o barulho é um incômodo. Preferível quarto com janela para o jardim.

The service provided at the hostel is outstanding in creating great comunity of travelers. I also appreciate kind of privacy provided at the dormitory by introduction of sleeping pods instead of just ordinary beds.

Very nice property…just outside of the busier areas of Porto so much quieter. Lovely garden area with hammocks, flameless candles, a bar, etc…and a very sassy cat! Good breakfast too. Everyone was very kind and everything was very clean

Das zur Stadt fußläufig gelegene Hostel macht einen sehr sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Die Badezimmer werden mehrfach am Tag gereinigt und die Gemeinschaftsräume sind immer ordentlich und aufgeräumt. Zusätzlich hat man die Möglichkeit, im wunderschönen Garten des Hostels zu sitzen und an der Bar etwas zu trinken. Das ist sehr gemütlich und preislich angemessen. Auch hat man einen Supermarkt und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt um die Ecke. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Lediglich ein Bett direkt neben den Badezimmern ist unangenehm, da das Licht automatisch gesteuert wird und nicht alle Gäste die Badezimmertüren ordentlich schließen und man somit direkt vom Licht angestrahlt wird. Grundsätzlich ist es jedoch ein Hostel, in dem man sehr gut für einige Nächte übernachten kann. Empfehlenswert!

Had an amazing stay at this hostel! The rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone was so friendly, from staff to other guests. The garden is lovely as well, and the location is perfect! Highly recommend

Best hostel i have ever tried

1ère expérience en Auberge de Jeunesse j'ai surtout retenu les points positifs, Julian le propriétaire est très avenant, à l'écoute et privilégie la communication avec sa Team qui l'est tout autant, lits en dortoir très cosys, très confortables en plus de petits rideaux ont été ajoutés pour favoriser l'intimité de chacun, petit déj continental très bien garni et excellent, Auberge propre très bien située tant au niveau des lieux d'intérêt, que des transports, des commerces. Cuisine commune parfaitement équipée avec tout le matériel et autre éléments nécessaires pour chacun mangeant au sein de l'Auberge.Possibilité de prendre apéritif sur place et d'en profiter tranquillement dans le jardin, servi très généreusement et à des prix imbattables. Personnel et propriétaire inclus très à l'écoute de vos moindres besoin, toujours dispos, et comme écrit sur le tableau d'expression, je ne me suis pas sentie simple cliente mais quasiment en famille. Je remercie toute la Team soit Anne, Aurea etc mais surtout et en grande partie Julian d'une prévenance et autres qualités indiscutables sans occulter sa maman, Linda, une femme positivement adorable, altruiste et grâce auxquels j'ai retrouvé la signification des mots partage, famille et positivisme.Donc si j'ai un lieu à vous recommander pour découvrir Porto, sa situation, allez à l'Urban Garden Hostel pour son confort, sa chaleur humaine. J'en profite pour embrasser très fort Linda et Julian.

The best hostel I’ve ever been. Perfect staying in porto with reasonable price. There are a bunch of shopping mall and restaurants nearby. Staffs were amazingly helpful. Definitely would stay again.

가격대비 훌륭합니다! 특히 직원 분들이 아주 친절하고 편안하게 해주셨어요. 청소상태나 화장실도 깨끗했습니다. 다만 8인실 12인실이어서 다른 여행객 때문에 시끄럽거나 불편한 점들은 있었어요.
