Amazing place staff are wonderful. Traditional Zimbabwean thatched cottage accommodation. We were in the honeymoon suite although not our honeymoon. Lovely big bed fantastic bathroom and outdoor seating. Phil Mornette and their team are great hosts. They organised all of our excursions and everything was fantastic they have done them all themselves. We did a falls work helicopter ride over the falls (unreal) an elephant sanctuary visit which involves walking with them through the bush and feeding them. We have done safari but this is something different so do it definitely. Ross Phil’s son also recommended watching vulture feeding which takes place at the Victoria falls lodge hotel which was incredible. The Boma night is also a must.

It was small and intimate. The staff was amazing and extremely accommodating in all aspects. It is family run and they work on site. The owner takes time to chat at breakfast and has an amazing story.

This was a fabulous lodge, family ran. Helpful and the rooms were comfortable and amazing. Congratulations.

Perfect, except the A/C

We had a good stay here but we were not thrilled with the reception staff, as we did not find them overly friendly throughout the stay. The first night our room was also full of mosquitoes, which may be a common occurrence given they suggest spraying for them before bed upon arrival. The breakfast was good and the pool as well. We had pictured walking to VF but it’s 45 minutes away and through residential neighbourhoods, so it’s a $5 cab each way. Overall an okay stay but would likely choose somewhere else if visiting again.

The Zambezi NP and Victoria Falls NP and educational/interesting vulture feeding at Victoria Safari Lodge are all walkable. The property is visually interesting and the staff and food are wonderful!!!

Lovely family owned lodge.

We had a fabulous experience at this boutique lodge. The accommodations were excellent and the entire facility was stylish and comfortable. The service was also impeccable. We met the family owners who were delightful. It was obvious how much love and effort they have put into creating such a wonderful place. We plan on coming back some day.

Comfortable rooms with spacious beds and walk in showers. Delicious breakfast and excellent service. Wonderful people. Stay here and you will be happy!

The staff was amazing and everyone went out their way to make your stay enjoyable. The people at the front desk made all of our dinner and excursion reservations, dinner reservations and called cabs for us. The lodge is located in a quiet neighborhood and surround by a high security fence.

Our family loved the facility and staff at Pamarah Lodge! Can’t say enough positive things about them!

This is my second time at the Lodge. Both times I had a very good experience. It is a great place to stay when you want to visit The Victoria Falls. They will arrange special activities for you. Very well managed property. By the way, great breakfast too !!!!

Lovely stay and a lovely property: nicely appointed rooms, very pleasant dining and lobby area, attentive and friendly staff. Owner also came around and met all the guests which was a nice touch. Only downer is the hotel is slightly distant from the town and falls - too far to walk in hot weather. But a great experience and good value for the cost.

Phil, the owner was incredibly gracious and welcoming and provided great information about the area and the history. The Concierge team was great - very knowledgeable about everything that we asked. Breakfas was great. While not next to the falls, it is in a very quiet area and quite easy and cheap to get to/from by taxi. Great value for the cost.

We received personal service from everyone on the property, including lovely chats with the owners and their son. Would definitely go back again.

Facilities and staff were amazing. Very professional…. Had we have known prior we would have stayed a few extra days to really relax! Thanks so much. We’ll see you again on our next visit.

Immaculate- cozy - convenient- lived the cappuccino everyday!

Pamarah is a small, clean, comfortable, well run inn. It gets consistently very high reviews because it deserves them. Although only 9 rooms, it has a bar, restaurant and pool. We enjoyed our beer, wine and cocktails, breakfasts and meals. The staff are very friendly, attentive, and helpful if you need help. We had books most activities in advance, but there were a couple that we added or changed and the staff made the arrangements for us. The only critique we can come up with is that a minority of guests might feel like the family that runs Pamarah is overly attentive at times. They want to make sure everything is perfect and that you are having a pleasant time. We felt at times like our parents were checking up on us, except that we were older than the family members and experienced travelers able to look after ourselves and ask if there was anything we needed.
