The rooms were clean and nice, the phone was not working and I told the staff it never was fixed but it was okay because the app took care of all my needs and wants on request. I loved the dinner restaurants especially the Hunter’s steakhouse and the Italian restaurant. Save your money on the Mayan Odyssey dinner and show they try to sell you, the portions were tiny and their main dish the surf and turf was okay. The buffets were okay, I was hoping for more seafood options since we are going for the beaches. My teenagers liked the lazy river, the water slides that were open. Overall it was pretty nice.

Great resort. Large but easy to get around

Lots of black mold in the wet room. This was addressed by housekeeping and the General Manager eventually but it took 3 attempts to remove the aggressive mold. I cannot believe that housekeeping cleaned around this like it was an exhibit! Shocking. The room smelled of it and despite it being eradicated halfway through our stay, the smell remained. I dread to think what is in the drains. We had many other disappointments but worked with management to try to have a good time. We would not return nor recommend this property. For reference I have been in the hospitality management business for a fortune 500 so I know baseline standards and exceptional. This does not meet either.

I don’t like to much

El hotel espectacular, el servicio excelente y muy profesional con gusto lo repetiría y lo recomiendo 100%.

This was the best vacation for our family of four the food was excellent, the staff amazing and the nightly shows were awesome , the pool is massive

The property was clean. The food buffets weren’t good. The hibachi restaurant was the best of all the restaurant options. Diamond club was ok. The food options for diamond club were the same as the regular buffet. The only difference was the choice of “premium” liquor. The premium liquor was only offered inside the building if you felt like walking back and forth from the pool area. Honestly not worth the upgraded pricing. Too many guest wake up early to place towels on chairs to reserve for hours before they’re ready to use them. Didn’t like the Prime solicitations either. We’re on vacation and we don’t want to be solicited into a 90 minute presentation to buy anything.

My complaints are: Hard to get a strong drink, never available speciality restaurants and no music at the pool.

Room was dirty. Next room over was getting renovated from early in the morning till late at night. Upgraded to diamond experience and still waited an hour for dinner even though I had “reservations”.

We came for a family wedding and it was lovely. The resort changed the venue at the last minute due to wind and rain and it was absolutely stunning.

The check in process was slow, hours of restaurants were inconvenient, no restaurant reservations available on app, son got food poisoning from the Indian restaurant Taj, limited entertainment, and beach was so dirty that it was unsafe to swim in it. Will not be going back.

Nice property

Pros: Clean resort, really great service from staff, a lot of amenities and activities to choose from. Cons: Terrible food. Even the A la Carte restaurants had poor quality of food. Zen Tepanyaki was the best out of the once we tried. They were always running out of side dishes (Guac, Pico, etc.) Beach was inaccessible due to high amount of Sargassum (seaweed). Bar services by the pool was also extremly slow, often only one bartender.

My family and I really enjoyed our 5 day stay. I love that we booked through Expedia and received discounts throughout the resort , there were plenty of restaurants to accommodate everyone’s taste buds, and the customer service was wonderful.

Servicio bueno pero no se porque la playa muy sucia y para salir del hotel muy caro porque no pueden entrar otros servicios de transporte que no sea de ello llevarte al centro 180 dlls por 6 personas y sacarte fuera de la propiedad para que te lleve un Uber o otro transporte 50 dlls exagerado 😡

Property was pretty. Lots of pools and daily activities. Service was very slow everywhere and they kept running out of food at the buffet. Nightly dinner reservations were very limited.

Todo super bien

The overall property was beautiful, very clean and well manicured. The downside was the availability of reservations at the restaurants. It was EXTREMELY DIFFUCULT to get into most of the restaurants.

Habia pocas opciones de comida, de los 6 dias que estuvimos 4 no ponian nada de proteína en el bufete, para reservar en algún restaurante nunca habia Lugar, fuimos un grupo de mas de 40 personas y todos estuvimos inconformes con la comida. La habitación solo ivan tendian camas y barrian, los pisos sucios. Ni una sola vez me cambiaron sabanas y se suponía que cada 3 dias ivan si es que yo no lo requería antes.

La atención maravillosa de todo el personal, la comida del restaurante Zep ( japonés) exquisita, su personal maravilloso, la limpieza muy buena, las habitaciones espaciosas, las piscinas y el parque de agua muy divertido y limpios, no puedo decir lo mismo de la playa que estaba llena de sargazo, pero todo lo demás muy bueno? Lo recomiendo 100%
