Got an electric shock from a loose switch on the bedside light. Reported it and member of staff came immediately and he also got an electric shock! The lights had been switched on as part of the turn down service, so not sure why the person who put them on didn’t report the broken switch to begin with. They did move me to another room straightaway for my own safety, so staff handled it very well, just wasn’t expecting to have that experience in a 5 star hotel.

위치가 너무 좋고 방은 작아도 청결합니다. 근데 방에 없을때 직원들이 하우스키핑 완료 후에도 침구 정리 한다고 들어오는게 좀 불편했고 리셉션 직원이 자기말만하고 친절을 가장한 과도한 액션이 불편했습니다. 5성급인지는 잘 모르겠어요. 비용대비 아쉽네요

Veldig pent og innbydende hotell. Litt komplisert i bevege seg i bygget etter sammenslåing av to hotell og likte bedre den gamle resepsjonen. Frokosten var helt ok. Vi kom fra Puro Santa Ponsa hvor frokosten var fantastisk. Utvalget var bedre der og råvarene fremsto ferskere. Litt «tørre» croissanter. Ellers var hotellrommet helt nydelig og servicen upåklagelig.

Nydelig lite hotell med super beliggenhet i gamlebyen. Varm atmosfære, deilig frokost, fantastiske ansatte som yter topp service hele tiden. Stor og god seng, gode hodeputer. Kommer veldig gjerne tilbake hit! Anbefales!

Einzigartiges Ambiente. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel in einem alten Palast aus dem 15. Jhdt., mitten in der Altstadt idealer Ausgangspunkt um Palma zu erkunden. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich.

5 star experience all around, really accommodating and helpful staff. Receptionist at check in was especially helpful
